I never compose reviews like this, but I went there this evening. I ordered a peanut butter sundae. I literally waited almost a half hour. At which time they said that the ice cream wasn’t freezing and they had no idea how much longer it would be for it to be frozen. I feel like they should’ve told me that at the time I placed my order. I was very unhappy with the poor customer service and communication.
