Domino’s Mt. Orab — is this really how you treat a customer coming home from a medical appointment? An elderly woman called ahead and was told her pizza would be $9.99. When she arrived, the cashier told her it was $16 because she hadn’t ordered online — then dismissed her when she explained she doesn’t have a smartphone. She left feeling embarrassed and taken advantage of. That’s not policy — that’s poor judgment and worse customer service. Shame on this location....read full review
I ordered pizza ,salad, tots and wings . it took 1hr and 35 min to get order ok I get you might be busy . but my food arrived cold . the toppings were not all there . my salad looked as if it had been frozen and was wilted and watery . the cheese on the tots were burnt . I didn't call and complain as it was already 840 at night by the time I received the food . there is a reason I guess I haven't ordered from here in years . Will be the last
First time I ordered there was a family emergency and had to leave the store before getting food but after paying. Told them to just save my cold pizza and i’ll pick it up later. They threw it away and didn’t give me my food or money back. Didn’t order from them for another 6 months after this issue.
