Good McDonalds food as expected. Some employees group at the front counter conversing while you stand there. One of them has to have counter responsibility. I enjoy the convenience of kiosks but customer service suffers. A customer at the counter should be addressed. The Mt Orab, Ohio location is typically under managed when i visit.
Absolutely the number one McDonald's I have ever been to. Fast service, friendly and helpful employees, orders always correct and hot. It's the consistency that I appreciate here, and I'm thankful to the people who work here and make a trip to McDonald's feel like a special treat, and not a regret. Thank you!
