Giovanni pizza š in mt orab I think is really good , all staff is so nice , they went out of their way to make sure that our visit there was great , checked back 3 or 4 different times throughout our meal, refilling drinks , they were awesome, very accommodating, highly recommended

We just moved to Mount Orab from Milford and have definitely found our go to Pizza place. We got the Slice of Spice and it was delicious. We ordered a delivery so I can't rate the Atmosphere but plan on a visit.

This is 100% a great little privately owned franchise store. The place has a mom and pop vibe as soon as you pull in the parking lot. Easy in and out access, and the girls working there are awesome. Well worth the tip. Polite and friendly as you could want anyone to be and the prices are very reasonable. This was a nice treat to the Dominos of the pizza world.

Currently sitting at the restaurant. My online order wasnāt ready. Another customer came in received the wrong pizza. (My pizza) They then tried to turn around and give it to me. Anyone in the restaurant business knows you cannot do this, you arenāt even supposed to save clean silverwareā¦ Iāve been standing here for almost 20 minutes. And the manager wanted to argue with me because I did not want pizza that left the restaurant with another customer. I asked for a refund and she has refused to give me my money back. Said a remake was ready but I am still standing her ten minutes later. And now my other items are cold because theyāve been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

The pizzas was spicy with what looked like red Barron pizza pepperoni the BLT sub was awful it was filled with bacon bits u put on a salad I will never order there again absolutely Nasty
I order from here ALL the time, the last two times have been a horrible experience, I ordered delivery and 2 hours goes by and nothing, we called and they didnāt have the order and they were very rude when asked about the situation, had to argue that there should be something done about this such as not paying full price. Today, I placed an order for pick up a med pep pizza go in to find the place super slow and apparently the ticket had been lost? But yet they were all sitting down in a break room on their phones? The second girl that came to check out was EXTREMELY rude and not apologetic, acting as if I was the person inconveniencing her, there was only one person that was apologetic, I was told they could throw it in now and I can sit and wait, I was on a time crunch so that wasnāt an option, to say the lack of professionalism and how rude the checkout was is extremely disappointing especially because we order here all the time. Looks like we will be reconsidering the next time we think about ordering pizza.

I went in to dine in waited at a table for 5 minute, went up to the counter and waited longer. I used to work here as a manager. I was excited to enjoy the food and nostalgia again since I live in kentucky. How very frustrating. I do love the atmosphere, the touch ups are nice

Kaitlyn was still going beyond expectations to make sure I had a good experience, everything was correct and she even gave me advice to save money. You could tell that she takes her job seriously and she should be recognized as an all star!

Giovanniās has always been one of my favorite pizza places, however donāt waste your money at this location. My coworkers and I have ordered at least 4-5 times in the last month, EVERY-TIME the toppings just arenāt there, itās super dry so they even skimp on the sauce! We definitely havenāt gotten our moneyās worth. The BEST location around is in Otway, Ohio which is also closest to home for me. I work in Mt Orab so this is extremely disappointing.
