Took my mom there for Mother's Day. Food was great, service was great. I usually go to the West Union location. It is good but Mt. Orab location is better. Restaurant is kind of small but they cram a lot of people in there. Will return there again.
Food is always fresh and quick. We were a party of 8 for lunch and served very quickly.

Not only is MI Camino Real the best Mexican restaurant in the area it may also be one of the best sit down and eat restaurants in the area. The staff are quick to take your order the food comes out of the kitchen very quickly even when they're busy. The food is always very good and its always hot. The staff check on you regularly for refills. It's an impressively well run restaurant. The lunch fajitas and fajitas nachos are my favorite dishes. The side of guacamole appears...
