Arby's offers a unique dining experience, with a view of the city that adds to the atmosphere. The menu features a highly recommended lobster dish, which pairs well with wine. Recently, the location has improved a lot, with management fixing issues such as staff forgetting to put everything in the bag. The food is now consistently fast and good, and the service, especially at the drive-thru, is polite and well-communicated. The drive-thru experience was notably better than at other places, with staff being competent and friendly. Customers have enjoyed items like the turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich, which is a favorite on the menu.
However, some issues remain. The chicken nuggets are small and hard, with some customers preferring Wendy’s nuggets. Jalapeño poppers are good but should be cooked longer; unfortunately, the restaurant was out of cheddar cheese early in the evening, affecting some menu items like the Beef and cheddar. Long wait times through the drive-thru are common, often over 15 minutes, even when the restaurant isn't busy. Overall, the restaurant is clean and provides typical Arby's quality, but improvements in food preparation and speed could enhance the experience further.
