Arbys in mount vernon Ohio has poor service and management....the way they respected themselves today was horrible and the manager was rude and cussed out door dash employees who are only trying to do there job as well...will not be eating there/giving my business too/ not accepting door dash requests for this store ever again! Corporate was also called and notified....ridiculous!
I went to this Arby’s Tuesday afternoon. I was waiting for my food after I had paid. I watched a manager from this store lick his fingers( was not wearing gloves either) and proceed to pick up my food by putting his fingers in the inside of my boxes! GROSS!!! I asked for my money back. The girl asked him why and I explained what I had witnessed. She asked him if he licked his fingers, he responded “ I probably did”. I saw it with my own to eyes!!!WOW! I was at this location earlier today. I went through the drive-thru. We were shorted three of the sandwiches we ordered (about $13 worth of food). I went around the block to get back in the drive-thru when I noticed they were missing, and told them over the speaker what I was missing. They didn't have my items ready when I got to the window the second time, after waiting behind multiple cars again.
