I love chipotle but this location keeps disappointing. Service was slow due to employees standing around. One employee kept eating chips out of the pan sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged. Other employees just standing around talking rather than helping. And of course the food was subpar
It would have been nice if they would have told us they were out of forks and spoons prior to us ordering the bowls. I asked how we were supposed to eat them and the cashier said “I don’t know”.
Service has gone to hell. Come in 3 hours prior to closing and no chicken, steak or chips and won’t make more! Very pathetic business practices!
