I get carry out and delivery, usually a couple weekends a month. Never really had any issues. Food is always good and on time. Drivers are always friendly. They forgot my ranches once but made it right by me without me having to ask. 100% good pizza chain to get some grub

The food is exactly what you always get from pizza hut but the service is so slow. I order directly from them for pickup and end up waiting in the parking lot an extra 10 to 15 mins every time. For a company that big you would think they would be able to estimate how long it takes to make a pizza this late in the game.

The BNY was dry and the Crust was very hard, he said he'll never order that pizza again and it was very grease, my fiancee was very disappointed and asked for my pizza and I had the wonderful delicious stuffed crust with ham as my topping, we all have different taste buds but I didn't want to try his pizza
