12/30/2023: Some staff members were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond, trying to help get my stuck tandems sliding. Another staff member gave me plenty of attitude and talked down to me. Directions were inconsistent. One friendly guy told me I could wait at the truck stop and call a phone number to check on whether my preloaded trailer was ready. (I had arrived before it was supposed to be ready, so it's totally understandable that it wasn't ready.) The lady on that phone line told me I had to check in on site, in person before they could begin loading the preloaded trailer I came for. Even though I had already dropped my empty trailer, given my pickup number, name, CDL number, etc. She said that didn't count as checking in. Somehow making me a live load was the only way I could get loaded before they shut down for days for New Years. I don't get it. My split break at the truck stop meant I couldn't log the down time at Campbells as a split break, so I ran out of hours, so I had to PC out in the wrong direction once loaded. So, the inconsistent directions led to wasting over an hour of my time (driving 35 minutes the wrong way, plus the same distance back). Maybe certain staff would be in a better mood if they had more than 2 people loading trailers that day, and weren't still trying to catch up from when the facility was closed for 4 days for Christmas. Or maybe they often talk to drivers that way anyways, I don't know. Maybe at least directions are more consistent when they have a more normal workload. I think I came on the wrong day. I think this place might actually be a decent shipper to pick up at, if the friendly staff turn out to be the usual experience there, and if directions are usually consistent.No overnight parking here, but they have a staging area you can use if you're waiting for a door for live loading. Not for a full 10 hour break though.

I am using 1 review for 2 visits.I am giving canpbell 5 stars so I can help increase the store rating, in Tisha's name.Tasha is one of the security/gate controllers. She was fantastic, courteous and patient and joyful to interact with. Please be aware that she is extremely busy, so it would be easy for her to be impatient, and Kurt with drivers.Loading and unloading both went very well.I was on time both times. The workers unloaded me and also loaded me in a timely manner.My experience was a very good one starting with the front entry.
