She was fantastic, courteous and patient and joyful to interact with. Came for a drop and hook and was told they didn't have any empties... yet, the load time and pickup window were confirmed. 3 stars because they did get me live loaded in about an hour

12/30/2023: Some staff members were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond, trying to help get my stuck tandems sliding. Another staff member gave me plenty of attitude and talked down to me. Directions were inconsistent. One friendly guy told me I could wait at the truck stop and call a phone number to check on whether my preloaded trailer was ready.
