0700 appointment time arrived at 0500 and out by 0600 that's a whole hour before my actual appointment time... The lady at the checkin gate nice adorable and nice plus fast loading with a big lot so easy to dock all adds up to a great experience...
Not what I expected from reading other reviews...
I showed up a little before 8am for a 10am live load appointment.
Got in line with a couple trucks, put on my safety vest slid my tandems, A guy came and looked in my trailer and sent me inside the guard shack. Filled out the form and was given a door immediately.
A little after 9am and I'm loaded and headed back to guard shack. Great job folks

Almost everyone is pleasant and nice. Except the one receiving girl that talks to people like absolute trash. She needs an attitude adjustment and a course in how to treat others..
