“Stopped in after shopping for some pumpkins and other fall item's. We were more than surprised when we walked in the door. It's not your typical small town pub. The place is beautifully decorated yet still feels like a bar. I absolutely loved how classy and spotless the restroom was. I'm a huge fan of Marilyn Monroe so that was a win win. My next trip I plan on checking out the men's room. 😂. The food didn't disappoint one bit. In fact, it was even better than a local named Dale said it was. The onion rings were the best I've had in years and the cheeseburger was so big and juicy I ate half and was satisfied. Sidney the bartender/owner was charming and entertained us with her lovely personality for a couple of hours. Can't wait to head back out there and try some more food and check out that men's room. 😆”

“We have always stopped for ice cream on the way home from Baylor going home to Canton. Use to eat here years ago so we stopped for food after picking grandkids up from ymca daycare. They USE to have an amazing French onion burger. We will stick to ice cream. The food was very basic and overpriced alacarte. I have never in my life spent $70 at an ice cream shop for 2 adults and 2 kids meals. We could have went to the Nook for that price. My daughter liked her calzone but my burger was nothing special at all. ICE CREAM IS GREAT.”

“This place has delivery dock on the back side of building where the railway is located (lower level of the terrace ). The easy way from US 30 is take 62(21) all the way to the site. Cross traffic light … you see the first drive way on the left…. You could make left here; however, foe easier way go next street and make left.. go over the rail-track and you see open docks and back into dock 1 if it’s open. If not, wait for the turn.

For overnight parking. You could park along side the other trailers as long as you don’t block railway track.”

“We have enjoyed the Chicago style deep dish pizza for years from the Dover store, but they recently closed. We have the New Philadelphia store a try and really enjoyed their pizza too. They are very consistent across locations. We especially like the crust! This one is a few miles further, but easy to get to from US250.”

“my fiancé, kiddo, and I tried this place out for the first time tonight. We grabbed a pizza, hot dog, Mac and cheese, potatoes, and Pretzels....everything tasted so dang good. Although annoyed that hours later my fiancé is still saying "that's the best hot dog I've ever had in my life" 🤣 really enjoyed how well the Mac and potatoes were seasoned. The best part is nothing ate heavy...it actually sat well on our stomachs. My kiddo is a very picky eater but she smashed. “My niece and I finally checked out Joey’s Kendal Tavern after hearing so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We both had the Deluxe Louisiana Burger. It was perfectly cooked, piled high with cheese, onions, and peppers. The portion was generous, the fries were delicious, and it was more than worth the $13. On top of the great food, our waitress Heather was wonderful, and the owner was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.”

From the instant I approached the glowing neon sign (which, I swear, winked at me), the world outside faded like a bad memory. A dragon made of mist greeted me at the door — or maybe it was dry ice, but who am I to question magic? I knew then: I had entered a realm where the ordinary fears to tread. My friends and I attended this establishment and were absolutely blown away by the service. Aly was a very exceptional waitress and clearly had a humor that was relevant to us all. The owner, Darcy, greeted us with a smile and shared the joy of fizzlestix with us. It felt as if we were at home, enjoying a meal with the closest of our families. We took advantage of the all you can eat steak special - which has by far been the best deal I have ever ran into. For us, we are a group of rather giant individuals. We can definitely eat and we destroyed 24 steaks as a group. They not only served us all of this fine sirloin, but they did it with a smile that was clear to light up the entire room. This is the greatest establishment known to man. Have you ever had a dream come true? That was fizzlestix for me.”
