Took a long time to get food after ordering then order was not correct. And by the time all was figured out fries were Not hot. As far as a quick bite goes Burger King is usually a good choice.

The management of this establishment appears to be lacking in its ability to effectively oversee operations. Despite the fast-paced nature of the food service industry, even basic tasks such as preparing chicken nuggets correctly seem to be beyond their capabilities. It is imperative that the management team either improve their performance or step down from their positions. From what I have gathered, the current management style is characterized by profanity and indolence. In order to protect your interests, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment.

When I approached the counter, he made me feel like he knew me for years. I mean come on this kind of treatment (customer service) at a fast-food place. This kind of customer service is lacking and has become not existent.
Matt is an asset to this business location and in my opinion would be an asset to any business.
Keep up the Great work Matt and hopefully Burger King will give you what you are worth.

Pretty sure there was a pubic hair on my burger. The fries was dry and no salt. The people was rude. And no one replaced my order after proof of receipt and the bathroom was gross. So if you like having family events don’t go there. What was worse was the meth head shooting up by the dumpsters
