“My first time here.. I've been wanting to try it for a while. My aunt is a frequent patron here since moving to Athens from Whitehall. She loves Tammy's! My hubs and I were dropping stuff off to my daughter at her workplace in Nelsonville so it was the perfect time to try it out. I ordered a cheese omelet with a side of Bacon and keto toast.. They have keto bread!!! ? Hubs got a bacon cheeseburger with fair style fries. My omelet came with hash browns or home fries.. I ordered home fries and gave to my hubs. Our food came out hot and tasted great! They serve breakfast all day, if interested. The coffee was good and frequently topped off. Our server was Dierdra... A very sweet and attentive waitress. We don't live near Nelsonville but I would eat here again without reservations. Plus.. Check out those cool cars parked out front! ?”
“Great food wonderful valentines day dinner the best, great services as wellParking: Parking good get there before 6pmKid-friendliness: Good music, great menu for kids as well”
“Great little cafe! We stopped in while on vacation since we had a rainy day. So glad we did! We had a spicebush chai, cappuccino and pecan scone. Freshly made and wonderful! Made our day special!”
“Beautiful historic and classic place to eat. Wonderful service and food was plated well and was visually pleasing and taste was amazing. Overall we would dine here again.”
“I tried there potato soup on Saturday. That was the best soup. I think I’ve ever tasted definitely have to have more today I had a breakfast sandwich. It was bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese toast with mayonnaise. I added it was so homemade taste. It was so good also, I’ve had their sloppy Joe’s special on Wednesdays, where can you buy two sloppy Joe sandwiches and fries for the price they have there’s I tried to get the recipe. It is so good but they’re not talking LOL. The best donut café within miles. You have to try in Nelsonville, Ohio.Parking: Parking is always great but as far as what I recommend in the food everything I have tried I love .my favorite is potato soup right now and for breakfast it is that sandwich with toast, sausage, bacon, egg and cheese with a little mayo, the best food around 4 miles so glad they decided to open up a Nelsonville. We just got to get the word out more. they are located right beside domino’s”
“First time visiting, It was very busy for a Tuesday night but we found a table for two by the window. Waitress was very welcoming. We ordered a mine burger, 1/2 mine burger and 6 bone-in wings. The food was great and the price was decent.”
“Great bbq, good mini-atmosphere inside a retail store (inside a Rocky mtn outlet retail store). They set expectations from the get go with a sign on your table that basically says this isn’t fast food, we cook to order, so it’ll take a hot minute for kitchen goodness to make it to your table - and it sure was delish and worth the wait! The pulled pork was smoky, tender, and juicy. , the house made bacon in a very fresh mixed green salad with just the right amount of red onion, cheddar and tomato was fantastic. The beer cheese dip for pretzels tasted homemade and perfectly balanced. The raspberry wine slushy wa a little too sweet for my taste but was still refreshing. Overall meal and experience worth the 20 min drive from OU.”
“Delicious! The gal working today was so sweet. Said she'd been pretty busy so pizza would be another moment, I went to wait in my car and she surprisingly brought it put when it was ready with the sprite I ordered, now thats service for ya! The potato pizza with extra flavorful today. Cheesy and HERBY perfect crisp crust ? She's a great chef too!Thank you!”
“Best pizza I’ve had. Beautiful mom and pop place that makes the food with love. Got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was perfectly crispy on the bottom and chewy on the inside. Great flavor. Garlic bread with cheese is great too! 6” = half a sub, 12” = full sub sandwich size.”
“I know I've reviewed this place before, but I HAVE to do it again. I had two salads delivered. A grilled chicken and a taco salad. Let me tell you, simply amazing. Delivery person was pleasant and the online ordering was simple and quick. Portion size was great. GET A SALAD HERE! =)”
“Very nice place, great service! Drink are a bit on the pricey side but that's understandable. Large variety and delicious. Only giving it a 4 because the drinks weren't for me!”
“Awesome food. Fairly long wait at drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Sock-hop style restaurant. Pull into a spot and order. They bring your food out and you eat in your car or take it on the run.”
“I don't know what has happened, but after fifteen years of mostly sucking, they have changed something that makes Burger King the best fast food Burger joint out there again. My BK stacker was delicious, and the new Mexican chicken is delicious. The fries still suck but I never get them so, take that into consideration.”
“It was right before they closed. We were in town picking up some chicks and didn't realize how long it had taken us or that they were closing in the next 10 minutes. The employee was super friendly and didn't seem upset that we were there right at closing.”
“Me and my fiancee stopped right before closing on our way home from West Virginia. By far the best taco bell food we've had and we live 2 hours away from here. Talked to line cook and complimented him on the food we had. He was awesome and laid back and really took pride in his work. Will come back again. Again, thanks Brian! ?”
“A very nice McDonalds, service is a bit above what is expected at McDonald's also fast, pleasant & efficient staff.Parking: More handicapped spaces than the norm that are well positioned near the entrance.”
“While in town on vacation we got the Chicken and Shrimp hibachi and the NY Strip and Scallops hibachi and both were amazing! Super fresh and cooked perfectly. The hibachi meals come with a broth and a salad, both of which were good! We called our order in and it was done within 15 min. The service was excellent and the workers were very kind. The restaurant is small inside but they do have some seating, we got our food to go.”
“Came for the Indian food, left wanting to come back for the genuine hospitality. I feel like I'm walking into my favorite Uncle's kitchen, where he greets me with the most divine tea and then fills my belly with nutritious, delicious food. The naan is uncontested and the Bangin Bartha is truly Bangin. Not to mention the Paneer Palak, get out of town. Actually, I've never eaten one bad dish here. I'd rather give 10 stars but I'll settle with 5.”
“The park is great , the Easter Buffet was a little disappointing . First service was good , the food on buffet was almost out of everything when we went through and cold . The beef brisket was real good , the turkey was real good , the lamb way over cooked cold . All the other stuff was maybe ok at best . Desert very disappointing also . For the cost of 44.00 each I expected a little better quality.”
“The flavor of the food was quite good, though the coconut chicken curry was a bit soupy and light on the chicken. For $24, the quantity of the food should have included more food. Thankfully there was warm bread and dipping sauce served before and during the meal to help fill us up.”
“So unbelievably happy we stopped into this bakery on our recent trip through Ohio!Don't let the size of their shop fool you-- The footprint may be small but their huge selection of breads, pastries, and panini sandwiches is exactly what you'd want from a place like this.We needed lunch, and after talking to who I believe is Tim, the head baker, my hubby and I took his recommendations and couldn't have been happier. My husband's name is Kevin, so he ordered "The Kevin," which is turkey, cheddar, house-made coleslaw, and pickles. He DEVOURED it! Then wanted another!I ordered "The Laurie," which is roasted beets, Laurel Valley cloverton cheese, black pepper, arugula, and a balsamic drizzle....People...! THIS is my new favorite sandwich of all time! It is so unique and refreshing and I am currently trying to recreate it at home! (I just need that BREAD!)I can't say enough great things about Athens Bread Company, and we can't wait to stop in again on our way from Michigan to Louisville in a few months. If you're in the Athens area, make it a point to stop and try something! Anything! Grab a loaf, a sandwich, and a bottle of flavored balsamic vinegar or oil..... I promise you won't be sorry! :)”
“Small restaurant, but got seated fairly quickly and food came very fast. Street parking was a bit difficult to find. Atmosphere was a typical older diner. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Had a veggie omelet, hashbrowns, and biscuit & gravy. Husband had egg sandwich and shared my meal. My meal was very good. Would definitely go back.”
“Fun quirky place to eat. The coleslaw is delicious and tangy. Both the regular and vegetarian hot dogs are good (and no upcharge for vegetarian one!) French fries are delicious and taste exactly like fair fries. Skip the cheese sauce and get the roasted garlic rosemary mayo with your fries. Leave time to look at the hotdog history related items around the restaurant.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian hot dogs, baked beans and chili sauce”
“Diamond in the rough. This is a little place that is good. My order was goofed, but it was so yummy I was thrilled. Bacon egg sandwich instead of sausage worked wonderfully. They were busy, so people are finding out about this wonderful place.”
“I absolutely love this place and wish we had something akin in Columbus. It has that chill, relaxing, old-school coffee shop kind of vibe that is conducive to working, meeting, or just chiling for all walks of life. It's HUGE with two levels, but dim and spread out enough to get in your own zone. It has a quirky and nostalgic atmosphere (couches, wooden tables, old school record player), but clearly has modern touches and is very clean. It's not pretentious or uppity like a lot of coffee shops have become. I also really liked their eco-friendly touches (reusable stir sticks, compostable cups, etc). I haven't been yet, but I love that they do live events and are open in the evening! If you're around Hocking Hills, it is worth going out of your way to come here.”
“My girlfriend and I have been there several times before and even had my 50th birthday party there, but today we went for the Easter brunch and it's the best buffet I have ever been to. Everything we tried was excellent and we can't wait to go back again.”
“All kinds of frozen custard options! Inside food court area! Close to all the games and fun! Enjoy tons of flavors and styles!Kid-friendliness: Near all the games and bowling!”
“Stopped in on the first day of a LONG road trip from Staunton, VA to West Yellowstone, MT. I found it was a stop on the Bobcat Brew Trail. Luca was my server and provided fantastic friendly service.I had the Te Araroa Hazy I.P.A. with Motuela New Zealand Hops paired with a Chimi sweet potato fries with garlic aioli and chimichurri whilst working on my logistics and planning for the coming days. Thanks for the great food and a quality I.P.A. Yum!”
“It's a nice tap room and if you love Bourbon barrel aged beers they've got your fill. My only complaint was the parking lot. It's kind of hard to find.”
“I purchased a chocolate croissant. The consistency was perfect. The dark chocolate inside complimented the buttery, flakey, pastry. Staff was very kind and helpful when choosing what to order.”
