We tried several different things onion rings, ribeye sandwich shrimp fries and the BEST FRIED MUSHROOMS you will ever have in your life. We will most definitely be back. PS we were trail riding on our ATV's and road right up to the restaurant.
Awesome food!!! Good portion size for cost. Ill order again.
Such good food. Been to New Orleans many times and there right on par. Highly recommend them

Cajun Island at The Bridge is a terrific find in a somewhat remote location, surprising visitors with wonderful and flavorful food. The restaurant offers large portions and a variety of dishes. Guests have enjoyed onion rings, ribeye sandwich, shrimp, fries, and the BEST FRIED MUSHROOMS. Other favorites include Blackened chicken with Pasta, Bourbon Chicken with Rice, blackened chicken, blackened ribs, potato wedges, red beans and rice, gator bites, banana cornbread, bourbon chicken and rice, Nico's Cajun Fried Chicken, blackened chicken alfredo bowtie pasta, and a chicken quesadillia. The blackened chicken and ribs stand out, and the bourbon chicken sauce is so amazing. The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean, and the food is AMAZING, hot and fresh, coming out relatively quick. One guest noted the menu could elaborate on ingredients in dishes. This hidden gem offers a great vibe, outstanding food, and is worth the drive. Many guests will definitely be back over and over again.
