Food has gone downhill. I'm wondering if it changed hands since we don't recognize any of the workers. I got my usual Texas fajita the last two times I was there and they were very bland - no fajita spices at all. The steak strips were pretty chewy. Someone else in our party had the same experience both visits. I doubt we'll be back. Too bad - they used to be 5 stars.
Poor service. No one came to check on us so we got up to get another soda, they charged us twice. $3.25 per soda. Unclear to us but you need to go to the counter to pay. Go to Starbrick BBQ at Rocky Boots.

We always seek out Mexican restaurants while traveling and this place was the closest to the cabin we had rented. The food was amazing but there was a large party there and what seemed to be only 2 waiters and they weren't as attentive to other tables as they were the large party. Took over an hour just to get our order taken. All and all we spent 2 hrs and 20 mins there for just my husband and I. But we will definitely return and give them another try when we return in June.
