Every time we go through the drive-through at McDonald’s of course the prices are higher. We spent $20 tonight order three apple pies ended up with two they said do you wanna come back in and pick it up now? Why would we wanna come back in after we get all the way home that’s a drive-through. They should make sure their orders are right from the beginning . They should’ve actually brought me one to my house that would’ve been the right thing to do. They didn’t even say sorry for it happening

I ordered a McDouble and they didn't even give me my meat, how do you forget the meat on a burger??.. then today I just got home and this is what my burger look like.. most of the time their orders are very sloppy they barely get the Burger on the Buns in the meats always undercooked

McDonalds is their own worse enemy. They took the best fastfood breakfast and turned it into one of the worse. By microwaving everything they removed the best parts, the sausage has lost the spiciness. You lost the taste, the best part of the muffin was the crispiness of toasted the muffin. Guess it will j ust be Sonic if I want a fastfood breakfast from now on.

The McDonald's in Nelsonville usually has fresher food than the others in neighboring towns. Their fries are MUCH better than others. If I had to choose to go to one in Athens or The Plains or wait until I was in Nelsonville, I would choose Nelsonville over the other two. They just seem to have fresher food all the time.

It seems like lately they never understand what I’m ordering. I order large drinks and gets mediums and then when I ask them about it, they’re like well that’s not what you were charged for. Well that’s not what I ordered. How Is that my fault.. And then I get stupid looks smh… Or order steak, egg and cheese bagel and get a bacon, egg and cheese bagel given to me… please just do better

They can never get your order right, you wait for 5 minutes just to get your meal and it not be right after you get all the way home, when tyour are allergic to onions and pickles.This place has really gone to HE!!. Did call and talked to the manager who was so very nice. Hope he does have a talk with his staff.

Table's was all dirty and had ant's ??????? on the table had to ask for a damn wash cloth just to wipe off a table so we cld set down. They wldnt even clean one table off. I'll never stop here again it's nasty ?
