I work there so I’m not gonna give 5 stars to the company, but I will say my coworkers were working as fast as they can and I appreciate them for it

Stopped in to get breakfast to go. Staff was not friendly at all, place was clean. After we got our food and got back on the road, we got our sausage McMuffin and Egg McMuffin, we realized that our bottom piece of English muffin was hard as a brick and inedible! We had to remove it and just eat the rest. Whoever put our sandwiches together had to of known, that’s how hard they were. We definitely will not stop at this location again !

Absolutely the worst breakfast I’ve had at a McDonalds. Ordered a half cut ice tea, I got ice coffee! Had a bacon egg cheese bagel, bagel was so hard I couldn’t hardly bite into it. I did not go back to have it fixed and not likely to go back ever. Awful.

This was dirtiest McDonalds I have been in. I should have turned around and walked out but I thought maybe they had just been busy before we arrived. Floors are so greasy grand baby almost fell sliding on floor. A quarter pounder sandwich was raw. They didn’t have a single clean table and did not want to clean them. Customer service was horrible. This will be my last visit to them s one but hope other people drive farther don’t waste your money here.

Ordered breakfast on the app and when we got there 2 minutes past 11, they said they didn’t make it yet and now they can’t because it’s past breakfast time, why was it not made before when we ordered it 25 minutes before breakfast ended, so they sat there and watched the time go past 11 and didn’t make my food, was told you’ll get a refund in your account but you’ll have to order lunch now. My food should have already been made and ready to go when I got there, we live in the country it takes a minute to get to McDonald’s that’s why we ordered it so it would be ready when we got there.

Ordered for dine in, selected our table number (as we have a plenty of other locations) and sat down. 20 mins later we discovered our food thrown in a to-go bag. Almost had to beg to get my drink cups from the staff member who was annoyed I asked for help. Don't recommend this location.

I'm not sure if it's the same manager here or not but 5 years ago the manager helped me in another guy who didn't have a diamond or pockets and was both very very hungry but we had both left our money at home and didn't have it on us and we were stranded on foot walking. We try to couple of times with PayPal and other things but couldn't get it to go through. The food was already made and backed up etcetera but we was having payment issues. We both swore to her that we would come back and pay later that day and she helped us out expecting neither one of us to show back up. I didn't make it back until the next day but the other guy made it back before me and paid and because I promised her I would pay for both meals which both of us told her that, I made her take the money and told her the next time somebody comes in hungry like we were and had no money to use it to buy their meal with. She said she would. I have been forever grateful for her kindness. I started walking down old 33 in the direction of home and walked all the way through Haydenville to the old Canal site at the newer 4 lane 33 bypass before my ride showed up.

Every time we go through the drive-through at McDonald’s of course the prices are higher. We spent $20 tonight order three apple pies ended up with two they said do you wanna come back in and pick it up now? Why would we wanna come back in after we get all the way home that’s a drive-through. They should make sure their orders are right from the beginning . They should’ve actually brought me one to my house that would’ve been the right thing to do. They didn’t even say sorry for it happening
