I parked in a stall and waited 15 minutes for food that was clearly just sitting around. NOTHING was hot. I had two super breakfast burritos, two coneys, and two chili tots. All across the board inedible so we took it home to put in the airfryer. Didn’t reheat well. Waste of money.

As long as they continue to service their water filtration and change the fryer grease regularly, the food is great. The last 2 times seemed good but for a couple years back, every drink tasted like chlorinated water and the fried food tasted like rancid over used oil. I hope they keep on top of it more that its been corrected. Lots of stalls to park in. Service is friendly!

Waited in the front area for twenty minutes before going to the drive thru and waiting another twenty minutes. Had so many people leave before we eventually left because they just refused to answer. There were what looks like plenty of people in there, they just weren’t serving anyone.

I’m addicted to the coco berry slush drinks and so is my boyfriend whoever made our stuff deserves a raise this sonic never disappoints me
Tell me why I asked for my pretzel this lady comes back with a bag of sauces 15 min later. What happend for it to take that long? No pretzel whatsoever. Walked up and asked for it and they snatched the bag and was like oh. Like??? I didn’t ask for my bag of sauces I wanted pretzels. Spent over an hour here. Severaly disappointed.

Yesterday when we went to order this worker which is a female kept giving us attitude if I could give the service below 1 star I would, food was amazing but still the service was horrible. They also need to fox their intercom where you go to order.

Employees are rude, they don’t do well with the door dashers in this area for some odd reason, there’s a young woman working the speakers and she isn’t very kind. I tried to speak to a manager and got spoken to rudely saying I wasn’t allowed to.

This is the second time from this location I ordered the Big dill double sonic smasher and did NOT receive it. I even got charged for it! Instead I received a double smash burger with just cheese and a few pickles. I am far beyond disappointed! I will not be returning to the Nelsonville sonic ever again. Do better!
