Tell me why I asked for my pretzel this lady comes back with a bag of sauces 15 min later. What happend for it to take that long? No pretzel whatsoever. Walked up and asked for it and they snatched the bag and was like oh. Like??? I didn’t ask for my bag of sauces I wanted pretzels. Spent over an hour here. Severaly disappointed.

Yesterday when we went to order this worker which is a female kept giving us attitude if I could give the service below 1 star I would, food was amazing but still the service was horrible. They also need to fox their intercom where you go to order.

Employees are rude, they don’t do well with the door dashers in this area for some odd reason, there’s a young woman working the speakers and she isn’t very kind. I tried to speak to a manager and got spoken to rudely saying I wasn’t allowed to.

This is the second time from this location I ordered the Big dill double sonic smasher and did NOT receive it. I even got charged for it! Instead I received a double smash burger with just cheese and a few pickles. I am far beyond disappointed! I will not be returning to the Nelsonville sonic ever again. Do better!

This Sonic has renewed my faith in Sonic as a whole. We had miserable experiences at the Sonic in Marion, Ohio and finally gave up on them altogether. While traveling through Nelsonville, Ohio, we decided to stop and we were so glad we did! We stopped again today when passing through the area and it was amazing! Food: Delicious! Staff: Friendly and quick. Cleanliness: A+

It's sonic. It's got the drive in touch screens so that's cool, but it's in Ohio, so I'm deducting points. But if you want to absolutely burn your mouth with the nuclear jalapeno poppers, then this is your spot.

Stopped there tonight for the first time in a while. The food was great, and the service was Awesome. Jarrod, who was our server had a good positive attitude and was very polite. They were packed, and the service was still great.
