Nice little restaurant inside the Rocky outlet center. Staff was super nice and friendly. Fried pickles were delicious, son loved the brisket, daughter loved the Mac n cheese. Wife liked the chicken sandwich and the house salad size was great. My burger was a tad dry and overcooked and my cross cut fries were super crispy and over cooked/dryed out. Not bad for a smaller town.
We are “out of towners” and visited for dinner. Waitress was super friendly and recommended the mini corn bread muffins. They were delicious and wished we had ordered more! I would definitely visit again if back in the area.
Great bbq, good mini-atmosphere inside a retail store (inside a Rocky mtn outlet retail store). They set expectations from the get go with a sign on your table that basically says this isn’t fast food, we cook to order, so it’ll take a hot minute for kitchen goodness to make it to your table - and it sure was delish and worth the wait!
