Me and my fiancee stopped right before closing on our way home from West Virginia. By far the best taco bell food we've had and we live 2 hours away from here. Talked to line cook and complimented him on the food we had. He was awesome and laid back and really took pride in his work. Will come back again. Again, thanks Brian! ?

darker lady seems as if my order was to much. cups leaking making it sticky, half of my food was cold not to mention unwrapped in the bag. to say the least waiting 6 minutes on this service will never happen again.

Never had a problem with this place until today. I could always get past the cold food here and there or my nacho fries not being filled at all but we went through tonight and paid for our supposedly 11 dollar order with a 20 and received a 5 back and they shut the door before I was able to say anything. Eventually a girl came up to the window asking me to pay, I went on to explain I already did and the girl and the guy I handed the money too both was trying to claim I didn’t pay. At that point I made sure to insist I did pay and didn’t even get the correct change back. We went back and forth for awhile them still saying I have not payed. They eventually went and got a manager which was super nice and resolved the issue fast but none of those people in there except her was even somewhat apologetic they made it seem like it was my fault! definitely need some better management!

I used to work here and things were always ran smoothly… until recently. I went through tonight and the guy at the drive thru sounded miserable. My food was cold specifically the beef which is disgusting when cold.i had to go through again for forgotten items which they still forgot another. I also have heard the failing of multiple inspections. with hopes this was just a rumor it seems to be true. get it together people.

Went through the drive thru and was surprised how quickly I received my order. Everything was like it was dipped into a grease bucket before it was thrown into the bag - I'm saying to where it was borderline dripping out of the bag.
