The server/bartender was super friendly and welcoming. The food was really good. My husband enjoyed the Mine Burger, and the rest of the family had grilled cheese and chicken tenders. The french fries were great! We had an early dinner here so we did not have drinks but we enjoyed it. The service was excellent and we will come back next time we are in the area.
This is a very comfortable tavern. We came for lunch during an Ohio State game. The place was almost packed, so we were able to get seats quickly. Sports decor dominate the walls, and there are quite a few TVs to watch the game. We were quickly served. I had the single Miner burger, and my wife tried the Miner melt. We stopped in while on vacation after a recommendation from the tour guide at Nelsonville Depot. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly. I forget their names, but highly recommend the place and can't wait to go back!
