I'm not sure this place has a manager? Different staff is running all over the restaurant, service is SLOW, and food is overpriced for the portions. None of the food was great. I expect to taste cheese on a grilled cheese, and I even asked for extra cheese. We were there for three hours luckily for Trivia, which was fun. Getting water, drinks, food, being checked on, getting the bills, all crazy. Our server was nice, but you could tell none of them had direction, and no managers...read full review
Half the food was cold and the service was not good 🫠 it wasn't the first time we ate here but it will be the last. It was obvious that tables that were seated after us were prioritized.
Waited 8 min at the bar before I was greeted by the bartender (it was not busy) The bar was wet and sticky, and lots of dirty plates. Clean up the mess and act like you care about your guests!

BrewDog New Albany is a lively spot with excellent brews and delicious buffalo cauliflower, wings, and pretzels. The parking can be a challenge, especially on busy nights. The restaurant is accommodating for events, with a helpful coordinator. Dani, one of the servers, is efficient, friendly, and provides great recommendations. Customers enjoyed the Mexican street corn dip, chicken bacon avocado sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, Cajun dry rubbed French fries, and creamy sriracha sauce, with food described as cooked to perfection, appetizing, and having lots of flavor. The environment is awesome and the place is pup approved, with a dog bowl and patty available for purchase. While some dishes like the tacos were a little soggy, and the food was noted as good but not great, the beer selection is very good. There is a suggestion for more appetizers that are easier to share and additional choices for kids, even though this is a place that doesn’t cater specifically to children.
