“The Playa Bowls in New Albany is amazing! I order from there often for lunch during the work week or for breakfast on the weekend. I have tried many different bases and have not found one I didn’t like. When you order in store the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they will also give you a sample of the base if you are unsure. When you order through the app and get delivery they send texts throughout the process letting you know about the status of your order! I very much enjoy this brand, their staff, and the food!!!! “Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. They were a little slow to give us our orders, but they were busy. We ordered through the app and then drove down there. We sat down and waited patiently. After about minutes I saw them bagging up what looked our orders. They bagged them and just set them on the counter by the drive through. We had to go and wait in line to ask if it was our order. After about 5 more minutes of standing in line the person at the register asked us what we wanted, I told them that we had two mobile orders and they said they would put them on the rack when they were ready. I pointed out what I thought was ours, they checked and those were our orders. They gave them to us, and we enjoyed our Quesadillas and smoothies as we always do here. Just know that patients is not rewarded here. You will have to speak up or you will never get your order. Still, I will be back no one was rude to me and there were no other problems.“

Their blue spirulina juice and peppermint chlorophyll juice are particularly soothing and rejuvenating for me. The rewards points are helpful to accumulate as well.
