“I just stopped to get an afternoon coffee at the Hilliard rome location. I don’t know the name of the young lady, but she has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was very sweet. I pulled out and about a minute and a half later, I dumped my entire coffee on my passenger seat. I went back through the drive-through and when she saw me She asked why I was back so soon I told her I had spilled my entire coffee on my passenger seat. She looked in my car and said oh no, you’re not paying for this one I will use my shift coffee for you. So thank you to the young lady who bought me a coffee this afternoon you made my day.“

“This place is AMAZING! We go there all the time and always have a good experience. Today I took my entire Girl Scout troop (ten kids!) to get a tea and the person making our drinks was so kind and patient to us. I’m so happy to have this awesome place here in downtown Hilliard. ♥️🐝“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Kung fu tea! The lady was so nice that she asked me if I’d like the music in the store to be turned off when she noticed that I was studying. I told her no and I really appreciated her kindness!
I would definitely come back to this store and I highly recommend everyone order from this store and enjoy the wonderful time, drinks/foods, and service here ! It’s the best bubble tea place ever!“

“I came here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! I had only seen this place driving to work and figured it was time to try them out. I'm not a fan of tapioca boba, so I got the strawberry green tea with strawberry popping boba. It was delicious. I intend to come back again and try their coffee as well. :)
Service was great; the gentleman at the counter was friendly and I received my drink quickly. I would highly recommend this place.“
