Rachael was my barista and she was amazing! There was a line and she was very nice and personable. When she spilled a hot coffee on herself she just smiled and said sorry I’ll remake it. Didn’t get mad just smiled and was so nice!
I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.
We moved to New Albany 22 years ago and remember when they opened well before the transformation that has been built around this Starbucks. What is amazing is the service has been incredible every single one of those years!
