Rachael was my barista and she was amazing! There was a line and she was very nice and personable. When she spilled a hot coffee on herself she just smiled and said sorry I’ll remake it. Didn’t get mad just smiled and was so nice!
I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.
I thought this place was okay because they aren't a full running Starbucks, so they don't work as fast.Trust me, I was in a line of 3 people, and was standing there for 1 hour.Plus they don't have a big storage room, so you can't always get the food or drink item you want.( Even though their location is in a grocery store 😆😆😆.)so if you're heading towards the New Albany Metropolitan Library, I'd just go to the Starbucks next...
