Tried swensons for the first time and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend coming to try it out. Cyrill was my server and gave great reccomendations, he had amazing service all around. I hope to come back soon and enjoy food here again!

What happened? The milkshakes were frothed, where was the ice cream?? I had two bites of my chicken sandwich and both had funky bits. The lettuce was sad. My dad said his burger was sad. And for what it is, it's expensive. The onion rings and fries were good, but, not good enough to return.

Family was in the area to visit the Zoo! Stopped by this gem looking for a shake place and it sure didn’t disappoint! I had the Galley Boy burger and was surprised at how good it truly was! The fries were fresh and the hot fudge Sunday was amazing!! My son said his chicken sandwich was the best fried chicken he has ever had and my wife was pleased as well with her burger. If one of these was in my city in Indiana I would be a frequent diner.

After wanting a late night snack after a long day of work, a coworker and myself found this place on google and my lord…. That was the best burger and coney dog I’ve ever had and I travel the country often for work. Our carhop was nice and very fast and enjoyed talking about life.

Everytime you try and go here there is some issue happening and you cannot order. While this would be understandable usually the fact that they don’t post signs to let you know and stay open is awful customer service. Sitting and waiting 10 mins and no one comes out to let us know they’re not serving food. So we go to drive around and leave to see all the employees outside hanging out. One guy came up and said oh yea we aren’t closed but we can’t serve you.. So why was a sign not posted saying we are closed for customers to see?? This is just one example of the service here. Sucks because the food is good just need better managers or staff clearly.

Love the food. Shakes are amazing. Only issue I would have is they put too much of the condiments on the sandwiches so they get rather messy. They're always quick and friendly.

Love this drive-in we just pulled in and didn’t have to wait at all and young man came up and took our order and then we ate in the car. It was delicious.
This was our second time having Emir as our server, and he was fantastic once again! He’s very friendly and provides excellent customer service. He always checks in to make sure everything is okay and ensures we have everything we need. Truly great service!😊

This was my first time at Swensons. It gave me the 50's old school Drive In restaurant feels. The only thing missing were the skates. My server was polite. My only complaint was they forgot the brown sauce for a burger and they didn't have lemon for my drink. I went with someone from Athens, so I didn't get the full experience of the Cali drink. Those mistakes didn't take away from me enjoying the food immensely. I also loved the tater tots and zucchini fries. I almost forgot to mention my banana milkshake. It was amazing. I would definitely return and recommend it to others. I did go on a Sunday, so maybe there wasn't enough staff to be efficient, so please remind them to not be so fast as to not put out orders that don't have everything on it. A sayce can make or break an experience. Had the sauce or lemon not been an issue, this would be 5 stars.

I thought the food was great, Liam was great at treating me. He was very nice and I feel that I could take my time without feeling rushed. He gave me some great options on the food and gave some other great recommendations. He was also very funny, joking around with me while I was ordering and overall was a great experience.

Man I like Swesons but they always forget part of your order. Sauces, an entire side item, a sandwich. Something is always missing.

I pulled in and less than 10 seconds a young lady ran out to my car. She was very welcoming and described the menu items to me. I ordered one cheeseburger and one grilled chicken sandwich. Results: she did warn me the meat patties being infused with sugar but I really wasn't ready for how sweet the burger was. The bun was soft and fresh but I wasn't crazy about the burger flavor at all. The grilled chicken was good. Nice flavor. Again a nice warm fresh bun. If the chicken were SEARED it would've been a great sandwich. Instead it was sorta wet but hot and juicy. I would return for the chicken but not the burger.
Hey store manager. You can skip replying to comments with a link as most people are annoyed by those canned, forced obligatory replies. A real human reply would serve guests better.
