Cool little shop with great coffee and friendly staff. Don’t let the missing foam art dissuade you from stopping here!
The Best and delicious coffee in town.
Delicious coffees
Friendly, fast, nice atmosphere. Could take food out of wrapper and onto plate :)
Finding Chapman's was an unexpected surprise along my way one day last year. I made it a point to return. Just a pure joy again. Everything, the service, the fare is the BEST, and do not miss the amazing COFFEE CAKE.
Cozy little place, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Delicious coffee!
Good coffee and friendly service. Eclectic decor. Cozy.
Very pleasant coffee shop. It was nice to stop on our long drive. Got very good latte and tea.
Seating is sufficient but you will be competing with "laptop people" :)

Bonfire Mocha for the win! A few years later and it's still my favorite!

Nice coffee shop and eatery. Good atmosphere with beverages that are above the average in New Concord. Worth a stop by for a reasonably priced local shop.

A converted house so lots of separate rooms and alcove. Shares a parking lot with the John and Annie Glenn Memorial. A nice variety of hot and cold drinks. And a unique selection of wraps, paninis, and pastries.
I got a grilled cheese with chicken and banana peppers, which was great. My partner 's chicken salad wrap was huge. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no line when we came in, but the line was out the door when we left.

For such a small town, the attitude coming from this coffee shop screams stuck up.
To the 19 something college student that attends Kent state, it was super cute of you to pass judgement on passer bys!
I'll never stop here again to be treated like trash... but the two Kent allums ahead of me were greeted with smiles and welcoming.
Do you have to go to the college here to get treated like a human being?
I have family who's raised their kids like this, with the utmost rudeness and disrespect for people you assume are outside social class.
If I could give 0 stars I would. You used to have a drink after the old business name, then I was told you still have it. It's just not on the bored, So I go back to get it and your employees don't know how to make it. Maybe if you put it back up people could order it and they know how to make it. And the owner is rude

Even when they are short staffed, they are courteous, professional and manage to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. We were very impressed as we usually see the team at the DTX location but we couldn’t resist traveling to have our weekly coffee date to Chapmans. It’s that good - the options, the people, the location(s) - so very worth it.
New Concord location was very appealing and a nice change from DTX. Lots of comfortable/private seating choices and great historical appeal. Great outdoor seating options that were quiet and very enjoyable.
Parking: Make sure to follow the signage from the primary street. Building is behind residential area. We parked at the John & Annie Glenn museum next door due to time of day.
Kid-friendliness: Kids were present and there are areas that would no doubt be appealing to them without being overtly child-centric. Some basic tabletop games etc such as tic tac toe.
