Great little hole in the wall place with excellent food and shakes at good prices. The local hang out after youth athletics.Kid-friendliness: Was able to let our 8 year old go to window and order for herself.
Great family owned atmosphere. Cook to order food and delicious ice cream. Amazing milkshakes and snow storms. Built in the 1950s so a long standing place. New Concord wouldn't be New Concord with out knowing about the Dairy Duchess.

I mean what do I say- it's our local ice cream shop and we love it!! It's got all you would expect - the shredded chicken sandwiches, chicken strips are GOOD ones, fried pickles, their version of a Blizzard, slushes for the non dairy need, cheeseburgers, etc. Love my caramel sundae with the warm caramel sauce!?
