Seated by the waitress saying… just sit here (pointed at a table). I ordered the “specialty” item of sausage gravy biscuit with hash browns. A plateful of garbage woulda been more appetizing. The portion was massive. The hash browns and biscuit were burned and smothered in a yellow gelatinous muck which I assume was considered “gravy” with no sausage in sight. I have never been offended by a plate of food but I was offended. I felt sorry for the workers who actually thought this was food. I tried to be optimistic and powered through a portion of the burned biscuit. Once I removed the mountain of purulent discharge covering the burned items underneath I did taste every item and I have no idea where the taste went. My friend tried the “gravy” and said it was indeed tasteless. She ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger was colorful and delicious (according to her). I never been more envious of another soul in my life. Anyway, I don’t think I will ever tempt fate again at this pitiful establishment. This is a brunch restaurant and is small, restocking items were lined up on the bar so no counter seating was available at 12:30 on a Thursday. I truly regretted entering this place. What a waste of $20.

Their “speciality” of sausage gravy biscuit with hash browns looked like burned vomit. Nothing appealing about this dish. No sausage in the gravy , I thought the lumps were meat but it was flour balls. This dish is gonna end up doing someone in on the spot. Our table also ordered a cheeseburger which was the most beautiful cheeseburger I ever seen. Restock supplies weee scattered amongst the bar seating and the tables.
I had looked forward to going here for the last 2 years. Oh how disappointing.

Wow. Driving through and found this gem.
I bet it’s a Chef who moved back to a small town to just crush cooking and serve up HUGE portions of food.

Food was ok but expensive for lunch.

Stopped at Scott’s Diner on my drive to the Columbus Zoo, and wow—what a gem! This place is fantastic. It’s family-owned and operated, and you can feel the love in everything they do. The food was absolutely incredible—classic diner favorites done right. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough. Pro tip: don’t leave without picking up some of their seasoning and sauce on your way out. Game changer!

Prices are much higher than expected with online pics being old. Trumpflation on the eggs might be part of it.

We ate at Scott’s diner yesterday for lunch. A great diner with lots of delicious food. We travel all over Ohio looking for great places to eat and we will be back. A very friendly home style diner.
