My last two orders for their special were incorrect. I asked and paid and an extra $2 for extra cheese on my pizza. The second time it happened I called and expressed my disappointment. They said next time the special would be “on them” and apologized. So I called to get my free special and the gal said, whomever…did not put it down next to my number. So she could not give me my “freebie”. I explained to her again what happened as I felt she thought I was lying to her. I should not have had to explain again. She should have said…sure thing what would you like. They could clearly see from all my orders that I am a regular customer. I said never mind. I will order from somewhere else. Unfortunate, but what ever happened to good customer service.

We were traveling from Baltimore to Wisconsin and stayed the night at Garland Hotel in New Concord. While there we decided to get supper in New Concord. We decided on Wally's Pizza. It had a cute outdoor seating area. I got the Italian Sub and she got a slice of pizza. Both were very good! The food and outdoor dining were a perfect combination!

One of the best Pizza I have ever had. Perfect crust, seriously the best crust in Ohio! The sauce was so fresh tasting slightly sweet with a touch of tang. Top notch veggies in perfect balance so that every bite you are getting a symphony of flavor variety. I will drive one and a half hours to have this Pizza again! Thank you all who work at Wally's and make that experience possible.

Please bring back your pizza kits for Fathers Day! I just spoke to someone (they were very nice btw!) And they said they thought you guys would be out for a few months. My dad grew up in Cambridge and he unfortunately was in a life changing accident about a year ago and I was really hoping to send him a few kits to try and cheer him up. He still talks about wallys anytime pizza is brought up. When I was 17 and got my license he used to have me drive almost 3 hrs one way to get wallys lol Anyways idk if there's a way to get these kits for father's day or if I could pay any extra cost to get one I'd really appreciate it. If not I completely understand and will just wait patiently lol Haven't a great day!

Great pizza! They make kind of different but still great pizza and great employees always first say hi. What makes the pizza different is they bake the pizza is sauce only and add whatever toppings you want after it comes out of the oven. If you never tried Wally's what are you waiting for!

Fast and friendly, the Italian sub hit the spot. Fresh and tasty. I would eat here again. No indoor dining but there are tables outside.
