Everything was very good...the service,food ,ambience excellent...I had the shrimp scampi...I do wish the shrimp didn't have the shells on them...was a little messy but very good!

Was absolutely the best steak I have had in Ohio - we eat downtown Cleveland a lot also. The service was top notch - food done perfect - my server was excellent - will go back .

Place is pretty, food was excellent - had the wedge salads, crab cakes, halibut, berry salad and walleye - all dishes were beautifully prepared and tasted great. Waitress was very friendly and efficient - being a tiny bit critical, almost too efficient. Lala's is definitely a nicer restaurant, the kind where you want to take your time with your meals, visit with your dinner partners, etc., and we felt a ‘little' rushed thru the courses... restaurant wasn't crowded so there was no need to push customers thru their dining experience. Not saying it was an over the top hurried pace, just something to be aware of, and would definitely recommend the restaurant to other diners.

Booked a special occasion dinner with my wife and we were not disappointed. Starting with a private table and comp champagne toast, the apps, mains, dessert and service was excellent. Look forward to adding LaLa's as a go-to restaurant for us, friends and family.

My husband and I came here for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The initial service was quick and our waitress was nice but she was constantly distracted by a couple sitting next to us who she must have known personally as they got most of her attention and she kept sitting down with them for extended periods of time. I even overheard another waitress come up and interrupt her saying she forgot to put in another table's order. The appetizers were really good and the drinks were really good. The entrees were mid at best. Definitely not worth the price. The asparagus were cold and had no flavor. I had to load them with salt to make them have some kind of the flavor. The "mac and cheese" was simply penne noodles with alfredo sauce. The parmesan fries were decent. The $59 steak was simply not worth $59. I could've gotten the same steak for $10 at Texas Roadhouse. Leaving the restaurant spending $166 + a tip was definitely just not worth it. Also, our waitress being so distracted by the couple next to us, she forgot to give me my debit card back after taking my payment. She set the receipt down and went and sat back down with the couple. Then I received a call after my 20 minute drive home letting me know they still had my card at the register, so I had to go back and get it. Just not an overall great experience. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant, especially for the price.

Lala’s catered an offsite rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiancé, who both happen to be vegans. Since we chose to do the pasta bar, we were able to have both vegan and non-vegan protein options. The guests had their choice of protein, toppings, and sauce, which was then cooked at the bar table. I had shrimp and chicken with artichokes, spinach, tomatoes, and red peppers in a pesto cream sauce. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Even though I live an hour away from Lala’s, I will definitely be dining at the restaurant in the near future.

Everything about La La's was great except the noisy one-man band in the bar area. Why someone wants live music while they eat and drink is beyond me, particularly at 6:00 pm.

This place is very eclectic! So many details throughout the restaurant! The food is amazing!! I had the salmon, which I’m very picky about where I order it from. It was delicious! Other people in the party ordered the shrimp scampi and chicken Marsala which they said was excellent! Great selection with drinks. I had the lemon cello martini, top notch!
