I wish I wasn't on a diet. There are rooms for private parties and the tables are spaced far enough apart offer a little bit of privacy. The art on the wall is fantastic. “I have visited this location twice, and it has been a good experience both times. When you get to the table, they explain to you the variety of options that you have. I haven't gone for dinner yet, but the lunch options are plentiful. There is a bar from which you can choose many sauces, kimchi, and hot options. You place your order on a tablet, and the food comes within a few minutes. The place is new, so it is ultra clean. There are several seats in the building. The only few draw backs are that the lunch price is a little expensive, and I wish that the grills were gas powered. I could see where that could be an issue though. They will change your cooking surface for you often, so that is a plus. This is a huge gain for the Canton area, and I hope it will attract business. It's a great experience, and I suggest you support this business if you can.”

“The food here is awesome! I was a little surprised that you have to order food at the counter before you can be seated. The people are very kind. I selected the Reuben special, but then I regretted not getting some of that awesome chicken. “Went there for a corned beef meal. It was excellent! The cabbage was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were tender and not overcooked, but the corned beef... that was divine!!!! Moist, tender, and absolutely perfect. The meal was more than enough, so I got to have it again the next day. As far as atmosphere, it felt like family.Kid-friendliness: My friend has a 1 yr old. They knew his name as we entered! Again, like family. Food is freshly made, queso has a little kick to it and is excellent, quesadillas are delicious and full of steak. They even have their own homemade chips now. I got this to go and they really hooked me up with some extra chips and salsa too. This place is great.Some of the best and most authentic Mexican food I've ever had.I don't think their chips are homemade, but everything else definitely is. I had their quesadilla and it was loaded with steak and cheese, and was very flavorful, well seasoned. Cheese dip is pretty good too. Definitely need to come back to try some of the other things on their menu.”

“Skoops in Barberton is by far my favorite ice cream shop. They have a large menu and always have new flavors to try. The homemade GF, DF options vary. They always have vanilla bean, and it's amazing. They also have different GF, DF flavors weekly. My husband loves the frosted yellow cake in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It has chucks of cake and chocolate. It's not GF, DF. I ordered a scoop of soft serve cake batter and a scoop of fudgesicle. “I have wanted to stop and eat here for at least 25 years and never did until today. It looks exactly how I imagined it looked 35 years ago, which is perfect. Classic diner with great wait staff and quick wait times. Came for lunch on a Friday and got right in around noon. Had the bacon cheeseburger and it was easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. My friends fish sandwich was good too. Will be back again!”

There is also a Valet service available for $7.DeJuan’s was realized in a time of need, a need for a turkey pepperoni pizza. Founder and Owner, De’Juan Kelker was in search of a turkey pepperoni pizza and to his disbelief, local pizza shops did not offer turkey pepperoni. He was stirred to open a restaurant that would serve those with selective palates and diets and offer ALL TURKEY EVERYTHING. The unique concept made way for him to acquire the Downtown property, once frequented by many locals, and continue his personal preference of fine dining.DeJuan's is also making history with becoming Akrons very first black-owned fine-dining restaurant. To say I was excited to try this restaurant was an understatement. Let's get into it.First off the decor, aesthetic and atmosphere are breathtaking. Large glass windows look out onto the city while inside you're surrounded by brick and open industrial ceiling. The space gives vibes of upscale yet accessible without ever being pretentious. The color scheme is black and white which is just elegant enough. The space is also lit very well which I appreciate.The staff is out of this world. DeJuans may just have some of the best service in the country and that's not hyperbole. From greeting us at the front door, to our server Diamond who was world class, the experience was perfect. Our drinks never got less than half empty and Diamond gave excellent recommendations and made sure our experience was one of a kind. There was also a party of maybe 12 people behind us and he gave them the same kind of service. Very impressive.For starters we got the Turkey Chop Bites and the Southern Fried Green Tomatoes.Turkey Chop Bites are pieces of turkey breast that are cut up and then lightly battered and fried. When I tell you my mouth is STILL watering from these things. So insanely juicy and crunchy. They would be good as a Po Boy or in a wrap but they were great by themselves.The Fried Green Tomatoes were also perfectly fried and topped with a shrimp salad that was really tasty. Diamond recommended we try it with hot sauce and that was the right move.For Mains we got the NY Strip and the Turkey Burger.The steak was cooked perfectly and was seasoned so well with salt, pepper and garlic butter. It was so tender and cut like butter. The taste from the grill was also extremely flavorful. There's not much more to say because it was literally perfect.The Turkey Burger was a surprise. Given the size of the patty I expected it to be on the dry side. I was pleasantly surprised it was not dry at all. Beautifully seasoned and complimented by the garlic Aioli and the sweetness of the caramelized onions, this burger was DELICIOUS. I could definitely see myself ordering this again.For dessert I got a slice of cheese cake and figured it would just be a normal slice you get anywhere.Guys... It's not. They take a slice of delicious cheesecake and then they blow-torch the outside so it creates like this crust on the exterior. That process kind of softens the cheesecake and makes it almost melty and creamy. LORD HAVE MERCY. I almost ordered another one. So simple yet so amazing.Folks.. if you haven't noticed by now, I don't know what else to say. DeJuans lives up to the hype. It's worth every penny and more.This is one of those places that I'm truly hoping you make reservations and try as soon as you can. Not only is it important for us to support black owned businesses, but it's important we support GOOD businesses as well. Trust me. I won't steer you wrong.”
