“I really like their coffee, 🥯 and the people are always really nice. love supporting local but the down side is the drive thru takes a really long time. like if there is 3 cars ahead of you plan about 25 to 30 mins of wait. During the work week I unfortunately cannot go hear because of that I have to drive to another area and get Starbucks. I hope they fix this it is a really nice place.”

“First time here and all I can say is I’ve never left a food review somewhere. Absolutely amazing. I have so many words and so few at the same time. Ali(? Spelling sorry) was incredibly nice, extremely friendly and super helpful. She recommended 3 diffeeent tacos for myself - 3/3 - nailed it. All of them were incredible! I’ll have to update the review to remember which ones they were specifically. My girlfriend got the birria tacos and I ended up finishing what she couldn’t eat. And the risotto chorizo balls were so absolutely amazing. Wish I’d ordered more. I don’t see the point in getting tacos anywhere else. This place goes to 11. For sure. 11/10. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Definitely go.”

“This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly and on top of it. Place is neat and clean throughout. They have a back patio for smokers too. The food was fantastic! Wife had wings, sloppy Joe’s fries and macaroni salad. As for me just a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries are fresh cut!!! Awesome too. There’s plenty of parking and the also have 2 pool tables. So glad we stopped in on the Bike!!”

“We were in the mood for Barberton Chicken. We left full. Good portions.Our dinners were really good. Staff were very attentive and friendly. There is complimentary soft serve ice cream with dinners. We had ice cream before dinner. That was a treat! We will be back. Kids would love to go here. Prices seemed less expensive than other chicken places. Hot rice and cole slaw were good too.”

“This particular store is our favorite hands down. The pies are always perfect. Today 10/25/25 we placed an order and there was a misunderstanding with one of our pizzas. Probably our fault but they accommodated us by making another pizza and then refused to charge us for it. And did it in 15 minutes! Amazing customer service. They are the best.
I’m not making this post because of today’s order. They kill it every time!”

“I was headed to this Subway and my sugar fell into the 40's. My wife went rushing in to get me a drink to raise my sugar reading. The sweet cashier at the counter gave her a cup to get a pop and told her to get that to your husband so he doesn't pass out. We ate here and the food was great! When I was leaving I purchased a sub to take to my autistic son. The sub was around $12 but I gave her $40. I hope the little change made her day like she did mine. The point of this review, be good to everyone. Thanks again!”

“I don't expect much from many fast food restaurants. If my order comes out in a reasonable amount of time and they have given me all my items, that's about all I can ask for.

This place, generally, delivers all of that. I drive the extra 5 minutes to avoid the Wadsworth Taco Bell bc this location (usually) has better, quicker service and is less likely to mess up the order. There have been some times when making modifications (like extra chicken or whatever) where some things are missed. But all in all, we are usually satisfied.”

“I just went here from Barberton McDonald's because they are rude and can't get orders correct, .... WHAT A RELIEF. The Norton location is 5 to 10 minutes from me, vs the one minute drive to Barberton, and I'll make the trip every time. Norton is polite, and has never messed one of our orders up!! They are never rude, and if there is a problem, they apologize and offer something else. Norton mcdonalds crew, changed my morning mood right back to the good mood I was in, prior to going to Barberton McDonald's......”

“I cannot recommend Porchlight enough! I have become a frequent flyer— no seriously— twice a dad visits. I love the convenience of their online ordering in the morning and their great cafe space for lunch. There is no wrong answer when it comes to their variety of flavors for your lattes. Truly a skillfully crafted coffee menu along with flavor-packed food options. My absolute favorite menu item is their harvest Cobb salad. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH! Dried cranberries, grilled chicken, feta (I think), walnuts, topped with the to-die-for maple vinaigrette on a bed of lettuce. Seriously, there is NO reason NOT to go to Porchlight. Cheers!”

“Chef Gina’s cakes are AMAZING!! this was the second cake within a months time that I ordered from her because the first one was incredible too! Both cakes were chocolate with salted caramel buttercream and they were so moist and delicious! the salted caramel was a special request and she did it so well. Everyone that had a piece loved it!! Not to mention the beautiful designs!!! Would recommend her for any special occasion especially because both cakes were reasonably priced! Thank you again Chef Gina! You are seriously the best and now my official baker for the foreseeable future!!! 😁”

“I visited for the first time and I just have to say how good this place is! There were about 20 of us. We never had an issue getting a drink, or anything else we wanted. Cocktails were good and strong, the sushi was tasty, and the entrees were flavorful. There was no skimping on the portions either. I got 3 dinners out of mine. We will be back!”

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!”
