“First time here and all I can say is I’ve never left a food review somewhere. Absolutely amazing. I have so many words and so few at the same time. Ali(? Spelling sorry) was incredibly nice, extremely friendly and super helpful. She recommended 3 diffeeent tacos for myself - 3/3 - nailed it. All of them were incredible! I’ll have to update the review to remember which ones they were specifically. My girlfriend got the birria tacos and I ended up finishing what she couldn’t eat. And the risotto chorizo balls were so absolutely amazing. Wish I’d ordered more. I don’t see the point in getting tacos anywhere else. This place goes to 11. “I visited for the first time and I just have to say how good this place is! There were about 20 of us. We never had an issue getting a drink, or anything else we wanted. Cocktails were good and strong, the sushi was tasty, and the entrees were flavorful. There was no skimping on the portions either. I got 3 dinners out of mine. We will be back!“

“The wife and I made a day trip to Akron to pick up something and thought we’d stop in for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Seated promptly and the waitress reviewed the specials and let us look at the menu for a minute. The owner came out and talked about some of the specials and brought us a sample treat. We ordered a couple of the eggs Benedict daily specials (one was the classic and the other was corned beef). We upgraded the hash browns to Mystic potatoes (cheesy hash browns). Everything was delicious! The cheesy hash browns were phenomenal and the Benedicts were both very good. My wife also got some pancakes which were cooked perfectly! There was enough food to bring some home for tomorrow! Highly recommend!“

“Amazing! The tri-way stout is one of the best stouts I have had, and the pumpkin beer, is so full of flavor! The food is good, but limited in choices. That being said, what is available is flavorful and well priced. The beer, in all its forms(Stout, Lagerfeld, IPA... ect) is all well priced as well. I have seen a lot of price gouging for craft beer, but this place doesnt do that. I will come here again, and recommend it, whether you live here or are visiting like me, this place rocks!“

“A great little place for all your favorites and some new dishes special to this place. Fresh ingredients with many things made on site, not from a Sysco bag. The corn tortillas tasted so fresh and the chorizo is house made. Small place with a small patio and a lot of bar space. Perfect for after a movie or to catch a game on TV.“

“We loved it. We are in our late 50s and in from out of town. The setting was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the overall vibe of the place. Well decorated and very clean, with a large selection of wine and ciders. We were the only ones there when we arrived around 12:30 on a cloudy Friday afternoon. The server was informed and very helpful, engaging, and super friendly. We ordered a cider flight with Heirllom, Rose' Gold, Kingston Black and Beekeeper, and a wine flight with Chardonel, Bent Rose', Dream, and Sparkling Cuvee. Our favorite cider was Rose' Gold, and our favorite wine was Dream. We also sampled the Orchard Fox cider, which is 40 proof...we enjoyed it, but not our favorite. All of the wines and ciders we tasted were excellent!

We wish we lived closer, it was definitely in our top 10 cideries ever. Well done!“

“We usually can't say enough good things about D'Agnese's. Today, 11/22/2025, we arrived at 2:50 PM. We were seated quickly and ordered 2 drinks and a appetizer at 2:55 PM. “My wife and I were traveling and stayed at the Marriot of Akron just 100 yards from Luigi’s. We had seen the reviews and pictures and decided to try it. Absolutely the best Italian food I’ve eaten in a restaurant in years. We had 3 entrees(because we wanted to try more), 2 salads, an appetizer and two beers all for under $65 before the tip. We loved the meat balls, pizza, and baked spaghetti“

“We had a really nice experience at Vaccaro’s Trattoria. The restaurant is spacious and can comfortably accommodate parties of different sizes. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated, you can actually have a conversation without loud music in the background.

The menu has a great variety of options, from pasta and pizza to chicken and seafood entrees. We started with an appetizer platter that came with olives, hummus, and bread, and everything was extremely tasty. It was also surprisingly filling while we waited for our entrees.

For our main dishes, we ordered a pizza and the Diavolo pasta, and both were delicious! Everything came out well-cooked, flavorful, and fresh. We really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Vaccaro’s Trattoria if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Akron area. Just keep in mind that prices are on the higher side, we spent around $70 per person, but the overall experience was very enjoyable.“

I love that most dishes have avocado as an ingredient because of the health benefits. I personally cannot eat avocado due to an intolerance but my food was still amazing even when I took it out! I got the Eggs Benedict - BLT.. I don’t even have words to describe it. The greens were crunchy, the hollandaise sauce was citrusy, the eggs were perfectly jammy while my bread was beautifully toasted and the bacon and tomato just added to it. I got it with the side of potatoes and those were perfect. I will absolutely be coming back. Also, I’m not big on coffee at all, but their coffee is so amazing that I actually had to get a bag for home.“

“First time here and I cant wait to go back! Before I talk about the food, I have to give a big shout out to our servers Amanda and Anna. They were a lot of fun and very accomadating. Amanda has been there for eight years and Anna is training She was a real trooper with our attempts to razzle her. Now for the food. Almost every month they have lobster fest featuring unique lobster dishes. This morning they had posted one of these dishes being fried lobster tail. I have never heard of lobster being fried and knew I had to have this. It was beyond my expectations, absolutely amazing! I expect a small tail but this was far from small. I can polish off lobster tails but in this case I needed a to go box! They also have the best white french dressing I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. I ordered lobster bisque to go for Scott. Not only did he say it was the absolte est ever (huge compliment because everything is usually just alright to him which is interpreted as good) he was also taken back by how much lobster was in it. Very comfortable, nice restaurant with fantastic servers and outstanding food…which means the chef is a rock star! The building is deceiving from the outside but I assure you when you get inside you will be wowed!“
