Customers often highlight the staff's kindness and caring attitude, with mentions of specific employees like Jackie and Ethan, who provide excellent customer service. The location is considered the best Dunkin' by many, with some customers recommending it over any other Dunkin' in the world. The store offers a variety of popular flavors, such as peanut butter in coffee, which customers enjoy.
