“First time here and all I can say is I’ve never left a food review somewhere. Absolutely amazing. I have so many words and so few at the same time. Ali(? Spelling sorry) was incredibly nice, extremely friendly and super helpful. She recommended 3 diffeeent tacos for myself - 3/3 - nailed it. All of them were incredible! I’ll have to update the review to remember which ones they were specifically. My girlfriend got the birria tacos and I ended up finishing what she couldn’t eat. And the risotto chorizo balls were so absolutely amazing. Wish I’d ordered more. I don’t see the point in getting tacos anywhere else. This place goes to 11. For sure. 11/10. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Definitely go.“

“I wish I would have gotten the guys name today that was working the line & making the food. Young, dark hair & super nice! He didn’t make me feel bad for ordering my cold stuff on the side. He made our food neat, fresh & delicious!!! His positive attitude & kindness definitely helped! “I don't expect much from many fast food restaurants. If my order comes out in a reasonable amount of time and they have given me all my items, that's about all I can ask for.

This place, generally, delivers all of that. I drive the extra 5 minutes to avoid the Wadsworth Taco Bell bc this location (usually) has better, quicker service and is less likely to mess up the order. There have been some times when making modifications (like extra chicken or whatever) where some things are missed. But all in all, we are usually satisfied.“

“This happens to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have visited in northeast Ohio. The service was outstanding. Their menu had a wide variety of food choices as you can see when reading the menu. A nice selection of delicious tacos with beef, chicken, cheese as well as enchiladas with the same type of protein choices. Offering combinations to please everyone, well at least our party. Their Shrimp cocktail, fish, shrimp entrees, Chalupa was really tasty. As far as combinations, a favorite is always Chile Relleno. They offered various combinations including one Chile Relleno, one Beef Taco and one Chalupa with many more combination platters. But a favorite was the Fajita Cozumel entree. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food.“

(I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“Hats off to the polite and professional employees at Chipotle in Highland Square who had to deal with a jerk today He was standing in line, no mask. An employee politely asks him if he has a mask (he says he does), and informs him he needs to be wearing a mask. He puts it on, under his mouth and nose The employee then asks him to please put it over his mouth and nose. He replies, “yeah yeah whatever”, and complies. As soon as she turns away, he takes the mask off again When she notices this, she politely asks again for him to wear the mask properly. He turns to the guy wearing the yellow sweatshirt and says, “I’m gunna find somewhere else”, then walks out of the store, but not before tossing his mask on the floor He didn’t really give off much of a “positive energy” feel.“
