“The first thing that caught my attention was how clean this place is. I would eat off of the floor. And the longer I sat here eating the more I noticed it. High quality food, and our server Sylvia is cute as a button and very attentive. Comfortable and tasty dinning experience!“
“I'm a regular at this location and ordinarily the service is great. However, the current crew has messed up my order the past two times. The first time I asked for chicken. Didn't realize until I got home they gave me steak. This past Friday, I asked for black beans on my salad, and I was able to stop her from giving me pinto instead, and as per my usual I asked for chicken, but somehow got pork and I missed that until again was at home. And the cashier missed my chips... but sure charged me for them. While this will not stop me from going to Chipotle, it does mean I will be watching the servers much more closely and I will try not to be too rude when I correct the workers. This was while I was ordering in front of them. This is exactly why I will not order online. I never received a correct order when ordering ahead.“

“This placed used to be great but we have noticed food quality going down lately. Queso was like soup and the chips tasted like they were fried in oil that was a month old. Not sure what is going on here but hope they can get back to their previous quality. They do have excellent service though.“
“First time visiting and our food was phenomenal! Got the margarita flight and it was the perfect mix of flavor to share. Maria was attentive, friendly and took wonderful care of us through our dining experience. Will be back soon!Parking: Parking available on the street or behind the building. “Traveling to see the eclipse in Ohio and stopped here for lunch. The menu was extensive with standard 'Mexican ' offerings. The chimichanga was smaller and softer than expected, but tasted very good. Refried beans were smooth, but went well with the rice. Guacamole, sour cream, and fresh pico de gallo rounded out my platter. Salsa and tortilla chips appeared as we sat down. Our server--from Guatemala--was very friendly and efficient. He advised us as to the nearby community park where the locals were celebrating the eclipse. A great time was had by all!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. A little tight. “My kids especially love this place. They call it the Fancy Restaurant because we told them they had to behave there. lol. Love the service and the food. Great staff.I will say the chimichangas need work. I’m used to crunchier ones and the sauce is weird. Aside from that constructive feedback, this is a great place!“
“Went here for my 30th bday tonight with my husband. AMAZING. Sat on the patio which was lovely. Our server was awesome. Management was interactive checking on everyone. Drinks were amazing. Our food really took the show!! We got the El Molcajete! So so amazing. Great presentation and so much delicious food. They also sent me a $10 giftcard reward for my bday. Make sure you sign up for their rewards! “
“I am not sure why it has taken so long to write this review. We have been going to Tito’s in Fairlawn for several years. In the last few months, the restaurant has gone through a facelift and upped its game. The food is better, the drinks are better, and the service is better. Not that things were bad before, they have just taken the next step.We like to go in on Wednesday for Margarita night. Gavin has taken care of us and does a phenomenal job. He is attentive, personable, and has gotten to know us. I know it is part of being a server, but we feel he goes above to make us feel welcomed.“
“Casa Del Rio is my go-to when it comes to Mexican food! My boyfriend and I came tonight and I was impressed with the food and service! I’m not sure if he was the manager, but there was a man in blue that was always walking around making sure everyone was well taken care of! Being that it was Taco Tuesday, it was extremely busy inside. The manager as well as the servers did an amazing job consistently checking on customers and making sure everyone was happy. The food was really good and the wait wasn’t bad at all for a busy night!“
