“I stopped the day of the $8 burrito soon after the 3pm start time of the special. You had to use the online ordering on the app. Well, if the company demands app use, the app needs to work! After 45 minutes, they decided they could give me the discount on site after a half dozen other people came in complaining. Poor customer service!“

“We got the California burrito & the Cancun burrito and they were AMAZING. These guys were super nice and they didn't take long at all to make it (which is wild cause it was SO MUCH MORE food than we expected it to be). Def recommend this food truck, they're awesome.
Kid-friendliness: We have a really picky toddler, like REALLY picky, but the kid absolutely devoured the quesadilla we got within minutes. I don't know what kind of magical properties they're putting in this food but our kid actually ate the vast majority of it and asked for more, so these guys are our freaking saviors now 10/10“

“Food is amazingly delicious every time!!! The Taco salad with chicken or beef is great. If you're very hungry get the Guadalajara Special!!! My 12 year old daughter was having a growth spurt and she ate the whole thing!!! The employees are so pleasant and work hard. I've never sent my food back like other restaurants. I highly recommend Mi Casa!!! Prices are good too!!! Keep up the amazing work we love you guys❤️

“I have updated my review several times due to the outstanding service and food here! I have several food sensitivities and the support I have received here brought me to tears tonight when my husband brought home a jar of their burrito sauce with my meal tonight. It's the only tomato based sauce I can eat with no issues and is such a comfort to me. I'm always afraid of being a bother adjusting meals at restaurants but the service at Casa Tlaquepaque is the best I have ever had at any restaurant! I know I can count on them to provide a safe and healthy meal experience every time. Everyone is so kind and helpful I cannot recommend them enough!“

“I've had the pleasure of dining at Panchos for the last 38 years. The food and service has been amazing. Very consistent food quality taste and appearance. Awesome price point for what you get for your money. Lastly the service has been excellent. Very thoughtful and attentive staff. That will go the extra mile to please there customers. Even picky ones like me. Lol. “They have good food. However, tip for beer drinkers: Do NOT get the new 32-oz size. The price is not on their menu. I got a domestic 32-oz beer and was charged $7.50. Their tall 24-oz is $4.00. So for 50 cents more you could have TWO 24-oz beers (48oz). Instead, I was ripped off by being charged $3.50 more for only 8 oz more than the 24 oz. What a rip off!!“

“Finally tried the Blue Iguana last night and all I can say is that I wish we hadn’t waited so long! With recommendations from our waitress we chose the shrimp tacos and the steak burrito bowl and we loved them both. The ingredients were fresh, the seasonings were wonderful, and the portions were big enough that we both brought some home. Our margaritas were huge and wonderful as well. We will definitely be back soon!“

“My friend and I had lunch there and it was fantastic, not busy at all which I feel if more people would give it a chance they would make it their #1 Mexicans restaurant in Akron (my opinion. I also don't know what it's like when busy but the drinks and food came out quickly and delicious. I've worked at restaurants so I'm quite biased about talking about restaurants I haven't worked at.“

Margaritas are the BEST, I hope they NEVER change how the make them! They have to be from scratch! Food is high quality with exceptional amount for the price! Yeh, I like "The popular fast food Mexican place" but for about the same price.....go to MI Casa it's a no Brainer and they have the BEST margaritas!
I'm not only recommending this place.......I'm telling you GO HERE! You won't regret it!

“Overall, El Fogon is a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The cuisine here is pretty typical as they provide combo and a la cart options. Choose from burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and various other items, including tamales. The staff here is nice and the atmosphere is fine for a Mexican restaurant. Plus, there's also a patio area to enjoy al fresco dining as well. The only thing that's "meh", is the fact that it's a little out of the way location wise, and there's not much for scenery outside.
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of meal options to suit the kiddos.

“The food is great! The service is questionable. There was a gentleman in front of me who was getting a little frustrated because he ordered a bowl with the hard taco shell and they crushed his shell. He asked them why and they told him they were instructed to because they did not have bowls big enough to fit the shell in. Get bigger bowls or make smaller shells. How was that his problem? Don't crush your customers shell they can do it themselves. The employees are young and tend to play on the frontline. They were laughing and playing over his food until he asked them not to. There was another lady who had the shell for her order and she asked them not to crush her shell and she asked for some aluminum foil to put over it. The manager came up and asked why and she told him because she asked for the foil and he got an attitude and said "I was just curious" and walked away. I mean really? I had to tell them 3 times to put my side of Queso in my bag. I saw the lady outside in the parking lot and she was like she is a restaurant inspector so you never know who is walking into you space.
Kid-friendliness: They were nice. I just feel like they need to get their frontline together. I will go back. I understand that it is new and they are all probably learning, but presentation is everything.“

“I enjoyed my burrito bowl but also felt like the flavor was a little lacking. Still good though. I really liked the hot sauce. The guac was so-so; I am kind of a guac snob. A bit pricy for the portion but I guess that is the way of the world now. It was a cute place though. Overall I would rate it 7/10“
