“Just wanted to share how kind and caring the staff is. I unfortunately was having issues with my debit card being declined. They insisted I take my food and sit down while I make a phone call to my bank so my food doesnt get cold. I then tried several other times and my card was declined still. The cashier then paid for my food. Kindness and professionalism goes so far in this world. I would give them 100 stars if I possibly could. I will forever try to come to this restaurant when I am in the area just because the staff goes above and beyond.“

“I have never had a bad experience in all of the years I have ate at or carried out food at Uncle Titos but tonight has to be my most favorite experiences. Their credit card machines were down when I went to pick up my carry out order, they offered to take down my card information so I was able to still get my order. I was a little nervous but I let him take my information as well as my name and number. I just received a text message with a photo of my ticket and then a photo of my ticket ripped up to ensure my information was destroyed. They took the time to do this with each person that trusted them with their information. I think this shows the type of business they are and I am blown away!“

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this place. I put off trying them for a while because I thought it seemed expensive when I looked up their menu.. it's really not though, considering the burritos are seriously huge!! Definitely get more than 1 meal out of them, and they're worth the price! The steak and shrimp are both so flavorful, and have been cooked perfectly every time..and they have the best chips and salsa.“

“They have good food but the lady that works in there the older lady she is rude as hell! very very bad customer service! I have ate in here once a week for the past 9 years and spent tons probably thousands of dollars and tonight was my last night I'm always overlooking her rudeness and her smirkiness but after she hollered at me and my husband tonight I'm done! all because they brought out the wrong food after he said beef just because the little girl that waited on us didn't hear him. she had no right to treat us the way that she! you have lost very consistent customers tonight over her rudeness. I have work customer service for over 20 years and I never treated my customer that way whether they was right or wrong you do not talk to your customers that way! you guys need to get rid of her or you're going to lose more customers! unprofessional“

“We felt welcomed by a gentleman that seated us. The gentleman stopped by our table to check on us. I later found out that he was the owner. The waitress was soo nice. The tacos were amazing, and the drinks were wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful. Good food, good drinks, and good people♥️“

“A really great restaurant in general, but I love how tasty their food is.

Their ground beef and chicken aren't dry and flavorless like a lot of places. Both are moist and seasoned just right.

Their prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are above average.“

“This happens to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have visited in northeast Ohio. The service was outstanding. Their menu had a wide variety of food choices as you can see when reading the menu. A nice selection of delicious tacos with beef, chicken, cheese as well as enchiladas with the same type of protein choices. Offering combinations to please everyone, well at least our party. Their Shrimp cocktail, fish, shrimp entrees, Chalupa was really tasty. As far as combinations, a favorite is always Chile Relleno. They offered various combinations including one Chile Relleno, one Beef Taco and one Chalupa with many more combination platters. But a favorite was the Fajita Cozumel entree. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food.“

“Listen. I’ve been going to mi casa since 2012. Here’s a few thoughts over the years. What they do well: they always remember I can’t have cheese or sourcream. The food is great. What is sometimes not done well: sometimes the service is really random. Like one day they will fill drinks and chips and another time crickets. I’ve also ordered catering from them. That was a little weird. I had a different person help me through every step of that process and there was definitely some lack of communication between all the workers. All in all it’s a good place.“

“I Love, Love, Love this place! We moved here from TN 2 years ago, we had a favorite mexican restrictions that we not only went to often but it became a place for any celebration or gathering, it was like an extention of home. We tried every mexican restaurant around for that feeling and taste of home. The 1st time we walked in, it felt right. The salsa, chips and cheese dip was the next test that it passed, then we ordered food... fantastic! The margaritas were the next try and they passed with flying colors. The only thing they didn't have was these unique fried jalapenos that we loved from back home (but to be fair, no restraunt anywhere does then right). When I told our waiter how they are made, he put the request in to the cook and with a few little adjustments they had them mastered perfectly!!! I found our new mexican restraunt home!!!“

(I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“They have good food. However, tip for beer drinkers: Do NOT get the new 32-oz size. The price is not on their menu. I got a domestic 32-oz beer and was charged $7.50. Their tall 24-oz is $4.00. So for 50 cents more you could have TWO 24-oz beers (48oz). Instead, I was ripped off by being charged $3.50 more for only 8 oz more than the 24 oz. What a rip off!!“

The only thing I seen wrong with the place is that its too small & not enough seating. While we was there about 10 army service members came inand had no open seats so they ate in their van. I'd move to a larger building if i was the owner of this place. They have the customers to fill the seats if seats are available. Great food, Thank you“

“The food is great! The service is questionable. There was a gentleman in front of me who was getting a little frustrated because he ordered a bowl with the hard taco shell and they crushed his shell. He asked them why and they told him they were instructed to because they did not have bowls big enough to fit the shell in. Get bigger bowls or make smaller shells. How was that his problem? Don't crush your customers shell they can do it themselves. The employees are young and tend to play on the frontline. They were laughing and playing over his food until he asked them not to. There was another lady who had the shell for her order and she asked them not to crush her shell and she asked for some aluminum foil to put over it. The manager came up and asked why and she told him because she asked for the foil and he got an attitude and said "I was just curious" and walked away. I mean really? I had to tell them 3 times to put my side of Queso in my bag. I saw the lady outside in the parking lot and she was like she is a restaurant inspector so you never know who is walking into you space.

Kid-friendliness: They were nice. I just feel like they need to get their frontline together. I will go back. I understand that it is new and they are all probably learning, but presentation is everything.“
