“We took some friends who's son was coming to KSu this year. Our son goes to KSU and claims hands down, best restaurant in Kent. The friends we took love Mexican food and said it was definitely homemade and better than perfect. Due to my health restrictions, they had to make me something different in a salad. “Get the fried ice cream!!! It is pure heaven! I am visiting from Arizona after being away for 10 years and I made the special trip for food and fried ice cream here if that tells you anything! The servers were super friendly and very attentive. Only 4 stars for the food because my veggie tacos fell through the bottom, but they were delicious with the rice!Vegetarian options: Some dishes can be veggies only without meat and the veggie tacos were delicious!”

“Great customer service, we placed an on-line order , payed on-line and it said our card was declined, tried again and same thing .only to find out it had charged our account 2x. My husband went to pick up our food and explained what had happened , the manager apologized and comped our food ! It only takes one act of kindness and GREAT customer service to keep a customer coming back !! Kudos to the manager there tonight, we appreciated it .”

The takeout always comes with chips and salsa, and they never forget anything that is a 'side' of the dish, even if it means an extra container.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, with lots of food options for them and tvs to watch.”

“Everything was fantastic!Food, drinks, service! Can't wait to come back! ?My only recommendation is the fish and shrimp tacos should be grilled instead of fried. It would elevate the taco more with a nice charred flavor. The breading just doesn't do it justice.”
