“Listen. I’ve been going to mi casa since 2012. Here’s a few thoughts over the years. What they do well: they always remember I can’t have cheese or sourcream. The food is great. What is sometimes not done well: sometimes the service is really random. Like one day they will fill drinks and chips and another time crickets. I’ve also ordered catering from them. That was a little weird. I had a different person help me through every step of that process and there was definitely some lack of communication between all the workers. All in all it’s a good place.“

“After a six-hour road trip to Hartville, this Chipotle restaurant was screaming our names. We got out of our truck and immediately hurried inside. The restaurant smelled amazing- seasonings and grilled vegetable scents flew through the air. We were probably in and out within five minutes. Service was speedy! Though the portions were small and a bit expensive, we were very satisfied after a great meal. Thanks for your great service, food, and hospitality, Chipotle! We will return on our next trip to Hartville.“

“The young man taking our order today in drive thru (shortly before 5p and has shark tattoos) was so kind and it was the first time in a long time we have had such great customer service! My grandma passed away suddenly yesterday and his kindness and customer service made today a little easier to grieve. He needs a raise!“

“I have never had a bad experience in all of the years I have ate at or carried out food at Uncle Titos but tonight has to be my most favorite experiences. Their credit card machines were down when I went to pick up my carry out order, they offered to take down my card information so I was able to still get my order. I was a little nervous but I let him take my information as well as my name and number. I just received a text message with a photo of my ticket and then a photo of my ticket ripped up to ensure my information was destroyed. They took the time to do this with each person that trusted them with their information. I think this shows the type of business they are and I am blown away!“

We have been a few times had multiple servers and they are all fantastic! My all time favorite is the burrito Azteca. If you haven’t tried i encourage you to please do it! “They have good food but the lady that works in there the older lady she is rude as hell! very very bad customer service! I have ate in here once a week for the past 9 years and spent tons probably thousands of dollars and tonight was my last night I'm always overlooking her rudeness and her smirkiness but after she hollered at me and my husband tonight I'm done! all because they brought out the wrong food after he said beef just because the little girl that waited on us didn't hear him. she had no right to treat us the way that she! you have lost very consistent customers tonight over her rudeness. I have work customer service for over 20 years and I never treated my customer that way whether they was right or wrong you do not talk to your customers that way! you guys need to get rid of her or you're going to lose more customers! unprofessional“

“Tranquil lunch atmosphere, comfy booths, great service. Tortilla chips tasted fresh, salsa was delicious. Tried the battered/breaded shrimp tacos with corn tortillas, cilantro and onions. If you get 3 you get beans and rice.
Shrimp was fresh and lightly breaded to perfection, the tortillas tasted fresh as well. Beans did not taste like they came from a can. Everything was great. Will be coming back here for sure.“

“The Pollo Mango was absolutely phenomenal. Sweet mango and habanero for a great kick and sweetness mixed with savory from the chicken. Absolute heaven on a plate. The servers were also very nice. Loved the wood carved booths and the vibe of this place, too! Only complaint is I wish I could have more - not portion size, just wanting to have another order of what I had. Very good. Give em a try.“

“Ordered from the catering menu on line to be delivered to Akron area hospital for some of the caregivers. The delivery order was placed with the fairlawn location. They were so busy they had to have the manager from the canton location come to fairlawn and make the delivery. Food was of superior quality and the service was above and beyond. The delivery person/manager, Scott was in contact with me about the delivery. Was on time and carried the food up one floor to the break room. He set up up everything for us and was so friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use this service. This experience converted many Chipotle fans also. Thank you for handling this special event for us!“
