Delicious food, and this location especially has been good to me. Whoever was working tonight, 8/15/26 around 6:30pm, was awesome. Helped me get my free entree from my rewards app even though the system was confused bc I had accidentally added it to a different order that I never confirmed. Hartville Chipotle is 10/10!
First of all, I would like to start off by giving the food of five out of five I couldn’t even wait to get home to eat it. It looked and smelled so much better than other chipotles have been to. Did a mobile order and was told by the employee that we are 5 minutes early so the food will be ready after those 5 minutes. He was very condescending. There was no one in the store ordering and no one behind us in the pick up lane. They hadn’t even started working on our order. They were all just standing around chatting when we pulled up.
