“We had a party of 9 tonight and everything was wonderful. Forget about the reviews online and try it for yourself. I too was hesitant after reading some of them but decided to try it anyways. I'm glad we did!! We're always looking for a new Italian place close to Stow. Reservations were easily made online and easy to find, set in a quiet Kent neighborhood.
The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our server Nadim was wonderful and answered any questions we had & was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Luckily for us, Chicken Parm was the feature and 5 of us ordered it.... all 5 Star rating! We also ordered Mushroom Risotto, Alfredo & Spaghetti and Meatballs. All great dishes.
The Calamari and the Sausage and Peppers were a great start to our meal. After salads, they served sorbet as palate cleansers, which I haven't had in years. So fun! Portions are great and definitely worth the money. We'll definitely be back!“

“Our first visit. And we went on cinco de mayo. Crazy busy but they managed it well. I’m from Arizona and the menu is authentic Mexican. I had the carnitas and tender, succulent and lovely. My husband couldn’t stray from American Mexican and had a chimichanga which is not on the menu but they accommodated . Desiree was our server and she was outstanding. She hustled but checked back with us regularly. The “hostess” Lynette is the mother in law and she also made sure everything moved. We’ll be back and bring friends. And for the quality and quantity of food it was a great value.“

“Mobile order placed and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. I believe it was Mike that was VERY busy, rushing to take orders, make the food for walk in customers, and also making sure that mobile orders are completed. He appeared to be by himself for the majority of the time untill it was the cook that came in (probably from a break). Mike was being as professional and friendly and hurried to get 3 separate orders completed before mine was the next in line. I did have to wait about 7-10 minutes past where my mobile order should have been completed but I could tell Mike was doing his best and making sure that everyone was taken care of. “You would think that a chain like Taco Bell wouldn’t differ greatly in quality by location. You would be wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell in all of NE Ohio. Staff: 11/10, Food: 11/10. There was no wait in the drive thru. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. My food was ready immediately. And let me tell you, that shiz slapppped. Keep doing what you’re doing, Stow Taco Bell. “In recent years it seems like the portions at most Chipotle are smaller than in the past and the food quality has diminished. I typically eat at other Chipotles but tried the one in Brimfeld yesterday for the first time.

Finally I had a meal that was prepared correctly and got what I paid for. This was the best meal we have had at this chain since the early days when they first came out. We will definitely return here in the future.

“Stopped on the way home from Cleveland before getting on the turnpike. Food, a burrito and a bowl was excellent. The only negative was they had no regular chips, just chilli lime, which were good but too spicy for my wife. Most tables were clean with a couple that needed wiping off.“
