Associates were friendly and efficient. Food was good. Dining room cleanliness could be improved.
Curb lane is supposed to be quick. Make people get back in line if their food isn’t done yet.
Burnt food and then when I asked to remake the quesadilla I was looked at and treated as an inconvenience. They were irritated I had the audacity to come in and ask fory meal remade when the whole back side was black. Tomatoes also tasted like the were spoiled. With everything costing so much money and then having it be inedible then being made to feel like an inconvenience. Gave 2 stars because at least they did remake it 🙄

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant offering Mexican cuisine. While the food is generally considered good, the service and order accuracy can be inconsistent. Some customers have reported issues with their orders, such as missing items or having to check their bags themselves. The restaurant's app and online ordering system have also been reported to have problems, leading to frustration for customers. Despite these drawbacks, Chipotle remains a popular choice for those seeking Mexican food, with the recommendation being to dine in-person to ensure a better experience. The restaurant is often crowded, especially around noon, and the parking can be tight. Customers have noted that the staff is generally kind and efficient, with one going above and beyond to assist a customer whose card was declined. Overall, Chipotle provides decent food and service, though the experience can vary depending on the location and time of visit.
