Yummy. Had the salmon and tried the cheesecake. Both were wonderful. We had a perfect dinning experience.

You will never have a bad meal or bad service at Lala's. Once again, the food was incredible, and the service was top notch. I recommend blue cheese on it if you're getting a steak, but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Keep up the great work Lala's! We'll definitely be back.

Today we went out for my boyfriend's birthday. Not many people were there around 5:30pm for dinner service. I asked for a recommendation on a cocktail, she asked me if I liked sweet drinks and I said yes. She ended up giving me the most sour and bitter drink on the martini menu. The food came out great. When she asked about desserts we wanted a piece of cake to go and the crème brûlée for my boyfriend's birthday. She came out with a to go piece of cake and no crème brûlée and just said she will take off the cake from our recipe. We were so confused why we didn't get the crème brûlée and she didn't discount the piece of cake for his birthday in the first place? She put a lit candle firework on the table for his birthday with nothing to go with it. Very fancy if you ask me. We waited another 15 minutes for her to give us the corrected recipe. Wow. I am NEVER coming here again for anyone's birthday or celebration period.HORRIBLE SERVICE.Danielle R. was our server.DO BETTER!

LaLa's has been an absolute favorite of mine, since they opened. Today my experience was very sub par. It took what seemed like forever, to get our food. At least 30-45 minutes. The amazing brussel sprouts that are the best around, are now very different, as far as taste and consistency. They were overdone, over-seasoned, so much so, it made me choke from seasonings. Now they're just pulled apart leaves. The chicken was overdone on the salad, making it tough. Salmon was good. Chicken Marsala was extremely oily looking (the angel hair). Strip was mediocre, tough, not seasoned very much at all. Lamb was not cooked properly, therefore only ate half, and threw the other half away. Some of our plates that were set at table upon arrival, were dirty. I've not been there since right before Christmas. I'm not sure what has changed between then and now, besides the menu, but I'm definitely hesitant to go back. Considering we had a $375 bill, we brought friends and I raved about LaLa's to them, it's disappointing and embarrassing, to spend that kind of money on food (we were celebrating a Birthday) only to have the experience we did. It's upsetting. It's almost like we felt the decline this evening, and I truly hope that's not the case. LaLa's has always been wonderful, prior.

I would have given them 4 stars for the ambiance and the food, which was great. However, our wait time was extremely long. Even with our reservation it was an hour. I would like to give a shout out to the server (wish I got her name) who apologized for the long wait, offered a discount on our meal and comped dessert. That was excellent customer service, as we never complained about the wait. I would try visiting again though.

My daughter and I had a valentine's dinner and enjoyed the experience. We were the first customers our waitress had and she was perfect. The food was awesome and we will be back for more.

We reserved an early table for Valentine's Day at 445pm so that we could get in before the crowd. Unfortunately we were running ten minutes behind. I called and spoke to the hostess who told me that it could be a problem and to come in anyways and we will let u know if we have your table still. I asked her to let me know again if we should just go somewhere else since we were running behind which I would understand as it's not there fault we were running late. The hostess told me then that she could hold my table for the ten minutes that we were running late. We get to the restaurant ten minutes late and they canceled our reservation and gave away our table and told me we were a no show. I explained that I called and then they said they forgot in a matter of 15 minutes. They found us a table that was in a nice location. The server was great and as always the drinks were great. We were disappointed that the menu was limited but we understood because it's a busy night for them I'm sure. The biggest disappointment was the charcuterie board was not on the menu which is what we love so much about lala's. The food was ok. The price was high for what we had but we like the scenery and love the drinks there. I find that the food quality and taste is inconsistent. We have gone on several occasions and have had great experience and food and we have gone and not enjoyed the food. The drinks, service and the charcuterie boards are consistently outstanding. We would come here for every date night if the food was more consistent it is in a very convenient location for us. We keep trying to come back and hope that the food will be great but it's just 50/50 what the food is going to taste like. Recently we have only gone for drinks and the charcuterie board and I think that will be for the near future but will give them another shot eventually, but for the cost of the meals, not sure how many more I'll give them.

What a fun night! The Fat Tuesday menu was great! The restaurant looked amazing decorated for Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day! The music and ambiance was fantastic! We loved the food! We had the boiled crawfish as an appetizer and then I had the etouffee and my husband had the dirty rice! Amazing! The cornbread that accompanied it was yummy! And my hurricane was delicious!

Overpriced for quality of food IMO. Smell when you walk in is like bad oil or dirty air fryer. Server was hard working.

Food isn’t really that great for the price . Had Mac and cheese with no flavor…. The Brussels are good but that’s it… 2nd time going back and never will go back again . Husband is sick from frog legs …

We continue to leave impressed every time we go. So many unique, flavorful options on the menu. Service is always great. We are fortunate to have this local gem.
