The food and service are excellent. My steak was cooked as specified and was served with above average vegetable medley. I was impressed.

Tonight I tried Thiagos New Lexington for the first time. I dine at the Heath location often. my wife got the Corn dog french fry combo and was satisfied. I unfortunately got the 12" supreme pizza and it was a doughy mess cheese wasn't even completely melted. I have it in my oven hoping I can save it. I am going to mark this up to maybe new staff so not writing them off completely, sometimes a second chance is worth it.
Pretty decent place. Food was ok, but seemed as though it was frozen meatballs and ragu. It was good but not worth the money they charged. The service was amazing. I have no complaints on that at all!

First time visit. Took my dad to try the all you can eat shrimp. Very good. Nice portion size. The waitress was very attentive. Will be back to try other menu options.

There is nothing negative to say other than a person in my group thought $5 for a draft beer was too much.
The food was amazing, the drinks we had were also great and then a great outdoor space with a great live band! They even had games for both adults and children!
We will definitely be going back!

Thiago’s – Some Bright Spots, But Overall a Miss
We stopped by Thiago’s in New Lexington not expecting much — and honestly, that’s about what we got. There were a few highlights, but overall it just didn’t quite come together.
We started with the Italian wedding soup. The broth had nice flavor, but there wasn’t much else going on — hardly any noodles or meatballs. Then we split the Italian sub, which tasted good once we fixed it up… but it came out looking pretty plain. No veggies, no toppings. We had to ask, and while the staff kindly brought out lettuce, banana peppers, and tomatoes, it felt like something that should’ve been included by default.
The entrees were the real letdown. The “ribeye” dinner was probably the best of the bunch, but it definitely wasn’t a ribeye — more like a sirloin or strip. The grilled veggies on the side were good. I ordered the pasta al forno thinking it would be like baked ziti, but it was more like pasta with canned tomato soup — not much cheese and barely any meat. My husband’s steak and pasta combo didn’t fare much better — he had to load it up with salt and pepper to get through it.
Service was just okay. Not rude, but not especially warm or attentive either.
The atmosphere was decent. There’s a pool table in the dining area, which was a fun touch, and the outdoor patio looked like it would be a good time on a nice evening.
Dessert was the highlight. The cannoli was excellent — crisp shell, creamy filling — and the tiramisu was rich and flavorful. Definitely the best part of the meal.
In the end, Thiago’s didn’t really hit the mark for us. Nice enough vibe and good desserts, but the food and service just didn’t come together. Might be worth stopping in for a drink and dessert on the patio — but for dinner, we’d probably try somewhere else next time.

I recommend seeing the Live Entertainment... Bands, DJ's and Karaoke 👍 Great atmosphere and I've never been disappointed with the food 💯
The Italian sauce with and without meat was like Chef Boyardee at best. The steaks did not taste like ribeyes at all. They were very poor quality cuts of meat. When we brought it to their attention, the person that came to our table argued with us that it was indeed a ribeye steak and did not remove it from our bill..

Unfortunately this place closed do to lack of business
First time me and my wife tryed it every thing was great food service every one was nice highly recommend ended up going for dinner and staying a few hours drinking.
Had canzone wasn't cook all the way. The pizza sauce it came with was Campbell tamato soup should have gotten grilled cheese with it instead of canzone
Excellent dinner last night. Thank you
