This little place is a gem in a small town. Locally owned and operated by long time New Madison residents. Today at lunch it was quite, and order was taken quickly. I ordered the marinated tenderloin sandwich at the recommendation of another nearby customer and the staff (owner). It didn't disappoint and for $13 total lunch bill (with a side/drink), it was a super value. In and out in less than 30 min, it's a great lunch spot.
We had the BBQ chicken pizza Saturday night--it was excellent! Shelby said "Schlechty's is the best!" The only thing that would make it better would be the option to add pineapple, pretty please Haedon & Destiney? 😉
This is a nice, clean, hometown bar. The staff are so friendly and personable. Food tastes great, the cook is awesome. One of my favorite watering holes.
