As far as I understand, they provide very good service.
Customer service has been poor the last few times I’ve been there. We are a busy family and sometimes eat dinner late if we have a ball game. I’ve called to order dinner and if it’s anywhere close to 730 the staff is always rude and short with me on the phone. The last order I placed i asked how much it would be and the lady said “our menu is on Facebook look it up and add it up your self” we will not be eating there anymore.
Customer service is horrible here. The owners would rather argue with you and hang up on you than handle the issue professionally.
