I'd like to put this out there my mother at the age of 65 ordered 3 pizzas today all three large got 2 mediums pizza. She called the pizza place to get the right order cause of the lazy workers that dont want to make things right they choose to make stuff up as my mother was cussing at the mind you my mother is very old fashioned and Christian. She would never cuss at anyone the employees down there. Let's get one thing straight if your employees are degrading others to escape from an issue to make it right to the customer I think you should find new people that would put others first besides taking your anger out on an elder I expect a phone call from the owner you have my number from the order at 5:00. Thank you for your time

Last night's pizza was the worst pizza that I ever received. The pizzas crust fell apart like it was pieced together...I asked for hamburger which it looked like we got the crumbs of burnt burger and very little on it...the onions were very few and I think I counted 6 mushrooms...very disappointed!!!!
Buffet is a waste of money. One dessert option, two pizza options and salad. They advertise much more buffet offerings, but are not available. Buffet hours are 4-7 but we arrived at 5 and the only food option available was the cold bar. Our entire family left still hungry.
They keep the buffet price so low because they don’t put anything on it. We got there at 5pm when the buffet is from 4-7 and there was not one hot food available. Before we even paid I asked if the buffet was open and she snapped at me that it’s from 4-7. Maybe she didn’t realize she was an hour into the buffet, but there were other customers waiting. The only offerings on the buffet were cheese bread, pepperoni pizza, supreme pizza, and cinnamon sticks. Not worth the time or money.

Told me it would take about 50 minutes to get here they was about 30 minutes past that by the time they got here my food was soggy just threw it in the trash it was nasty I usually don't have problems with them delivering but I don't know if it's a new driver or what the food definitely wasn't worth eating when it got here

There wasn't a whole lot on the buffet and some of what they did have the trays were empty and when we asked if they were bringing out more we were told they were out of it.$30 isn't bad for 2 people but when you have to spend another $25 to order more food definitely not worth it.

Ordered two extra large square pizzas for takeout - both done well and tasty. Ready when they said they would be! Thank you.

This place is very good, they have the best cheese sticks and very good dessert. I would come here if you like pizza and buffets.

We've tried several pizza places in New Philadelphia and have to say East of Chicago is the best we've had. When you order extra cheese, that's what you get. The toppings were fresh, and the pizza sauce was perfect...not overwhelming the taste of the other ingredients. Crust was delicious, too.
2 small pizzas on buffet but still want $11 per person. No thanks. Dominos here i come.

We got the buffet. You pay first before you sit down. When we went to sit down all the tables were dirty. When I went to see if someone could clean the tables, there was no one to be found. So the found their cleaner and cloth and cleaned my own table. The salad bar was over half empty. I was able to get a salad with cheese, egg and dressing. Barely any pizza, no subs and the cinnamon sticks were raw dough. The only way to get anyone’s attention in the back was to open the door so the bell would ring. Basically I just paid so I could work at the restaurant. Would not recommend! Very disappointing!
