I have always loved going to this pizza place. I would surprise my mother with it Everytime I would go, but this last time we found plastic pieces all through out the pizza. I ate a pizza and chomped down on a piece and hurt my teeth. I thought it was done but mom almost swallowed one as well. There were up to 5 pieces inside.

I used to love east of Chicago deep dish pizzas. But trying to order online I did not see a deep dish option. So, I called to ask. I was told that would be the pan crust option. ? Odd, but fair enough. It is not hand tossed or thin crust, and IS baked in a pan... Big news, it is basically hand tossed pizza crust and nothing at all like a deep Chicago style deep dish pizza. ?

Came in for the buffet, had to pay before we even saw what was on it, and then found that everything was cold and hard as a rock. Every EOC buffet I've been to lets you request certain pizzas and this one refused to make a buffalo chicken that was on their own provided list. Will NOT be back. Gross food, dirty, and bad service.

They make you pay for the buffet up front so you can't leave from the bad service.Genuinely the worst place to eat in New Philadelphia, no, Tuscarawas, no, northeast Ohio.They claim there is a buffet, but we came here at 5 and there was already a few families here and two pizzas out. Two parties of 8 came in after us and a couple more couples.They actually just ran out of those two pizzas and would put out one pizza every 10-15 minutes and let the hungry customers fight like animals over what scraps their god East of Chicago allowed them to have.Eventually they ran out of paper plates and that was just when we decided to leave, since I wasn't going to put my air pizza on my air plate to eat.Gross facilities that are unkept, no paper towels or soap in the bathroom, flies in the dining room, and chairs propping doors open and strewn about.Don't go here, go somewhere else. You deserve better, man.Vegetarian options: It's all vegetarian because there isn't any pizza out at the buffetParking: Limited parkingKid-friendliness: Kids welcome at the buffet if they want to be hungry and sad they weren't fed.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so wheelchairs can get in

Buffet started at 4, at 4:20 there was 2 pizzas. At 4:40 mac n chz an another pizza. 5:30 left . They did add the dessert pizza. Glad they had a salad bar but they didn’t have it full either . ??♀️??♀️

No!! Very small. The pizza was dry and way to bland not even a decent variety and very small portions. Avoid there are better places.
We git there at 4:30 pm and they opened at 3. There was nothing on the buffet. We had to set there for about a half hour waiting on pizza to be put on the buffet. When there was no more pizza on the buffet, we actually had to ask for them to put more pizza out. Nothing on the salad bar was filled, people had to ask for some lettuce to be put out. The workers never smiled and was pretty rude. I don't think we will go back

We were there at 4 for the buffet only a few pizzas were put out salad bar looked old, flys everywhere, wall beside our table was nasty..No one ask if there were any certain things we wanted..So disappointed as our family will probably never come back...

Do not door dash from this place we door dashed late evening the food was terrible missing ingredients the taco salad was just lettuce of course they didn't even answer the phone so we called uhrichsville east of Chicago and paid for a second round of food and showed them the trash they sent waste of money and Time
